They blocked my withdrawal and closed my account, so I can't fight them or sue. I switching to the firm on my name I've been given a few incentives I want to do business with them more.
I didn’t come here to bluff or lie about anything but I have gotten my money and it was after I won the case with a good lawyer and this case lasted for months because I worked hard for my money!
I invested €36,000 through this website, only for the entire amount to vanish. After weeks of unanswered emails, I finally escalated the issue to *N athan Reclaim. , who took over the case.
Pheonixtb is the biggest thieves ever. I got scammed for 20,000 Euros. They asked me to pay for the taxes before i can withdraw and then some government documents and I fell for all of it because the guy was so convincing. The guy's name is Zain but it doesn't have to be his real name. I think also they gave my number to many other crooks that call me all the time asking to recover the money I lost . i have all the documents too. If there is a way to recover the money please let me know. As they said they are based in United Kingdom.
This so-called company are nothing else but scammers. I have invested alot of money with them in good faith last year, and have been dealing to get my money back ever since. They are very pursvasive and manipulative, loking you to invest like this is a really good deal. After a while, they hide themselves in between new rules where i cant make a withdrawal. When i confront them with this, they do not respond to my requests. I have reported them to the police and authorithies. Hope that they will get caught, they deserve it.
Scammers like no other. I invested a lot of money, they changed the terms of the contracts overnight. To withdraw my deposit, I must to pay more than I deposited. Supposedly fees and tax. I filed a report to the police in my country and in England. Maybe I'll file a lawsuit for the damage to my health.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM ! How are they allowed to comment as if they were a legitimate business. You will NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. From FCA UK website "This firm may be providing or promoting financial services or products without our permission. You should avoid dealing with this firm and beware of scams.". They have been flagged in multiple countries as being scammers : Uk, Canada, Switzerland
100% scammers. They got a lot of money from me. They took all and later they will have more. They use anydesk and use atomic wallet for transfers of money. But this money is only scam. The police is informed. So stay away from this scammers. Safe your money.
This company is so unresponsive. I had an account for 1 year and made a withdrawal request on 06-June-2024 but haven't received anything from them even now on 07-sep (93 days). I made several requests and reminder mails but they only asked me to be patient! I cannot recommend this business for anyone!

Same as others Beginning was great, once I asked for part of money it started… They asked for fees and taxes upfront paid by new ETH (rules). Then they said I must withdrawn 100%. Paid by new ETH of coarse (rules). Other names are Matthew Richards and Mr McBride Phoenixtb is not registered broker in UK
This company, if that’s what it actually is, is just a license to rob people. I made the HUGE mistake of investing and I have yet to see any proceeds, including my initial investment. I have sent hundreds of dollars to pay “taxes and fees”, and after forwarding those funds, I never heard from them again. Fool me once. They are dead to me and it was a valuable lesson learned. Total scam company. They are an embarrassment and should be ashamed. Ever see the movie The Beekeeper? This is them. A room full of people whose job it is to steal money from you. I would give them a zero or negative rating if I were able.

I was caught after a fake article via Granimator. Bet 250€ and everything went fine at first. We were able to withdraw €100 and then the trouble started. Lost €400 and use a phone every day to invest more or they claim that they can get your money back, but then you have to deposit first or install a remote control app. I'm not that stupid after all. Stay away from here!!! they harass me every day with phone calls stalkers !!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!

They shared all my information with scammer “company’s and they don’t want to leave me at all. In a same time just the god know how, they using my private phone number to call and scam people . Now I understand totally why the whole world hate this sector. They are ready to sell their own mothers for a 250€. Hopefully this s.h.i.t. “company’s” workers will go to jail soon.

To be honest I already made clown from their workers, sometimes I’m talking with them for 5-10 minutes and I play with them like I prepares my things to give everything for them they want. After that I just asked them “you are really that stupid man, I had before you 100 calls like that and you really think you are the person 101 and now I will eat this sh.t 💩?”. After that they just disappeared 🫡
