This is a criminal organization - AVOID!!! They stole $200000 from me on lies and deception.
A massive scam, the moment you decide you don't want to trade with them anymore they stop contacting you and pretty much refuse you getting your money back
Invested £200 based on a promise that my money would be invested on a super automated trading system that would guarantee me instant returns on my investment. What a lie. I accrued a whole fifty USD in the first month and my account was being handled by agents trying to make money out of my returns. Now a couple of years on I cannot retrieve my cash because all of the email addresses used by agents and the email address for the customer services have mysteriously disappeared, leaving me out of pocket. This is obviously a scam and should be avoided at all costs. The date of the fraud was 22/07/2022 but the system will not let me set the correct date
This company screwed me over for $4000. My first manager was a Chris Muller, I gave the $250 AUD to phenoFX, they base their first 3-4 hrs on me learning to trust him,then he said if that’s all your going to invest we can’t give you a manager because the amount to invest with isn’t worth their while. He pushed me into going up to the next money tier another $2,500 AUD this was within 2 weeks, it was paid using the transfer company called Wise. It went into a Polish bank Account. I started to feel uneasy by now and they wanted me to do the trading myself and I didn’t want that as I was a novice which he knew, then he started pushing me for another payment, he wanted me invest another $10,000AUD I started to question who Chris Muller was and I asked where is the company based? What’s the address?and what is their phone No. ? As he always rings me. he didn’t like that,then he was being abusive to me saying I was not trustworthy- What! Luckily I said no. They gave me numerous managers over the next few months. All of them full of sales sill, I wasn’t buying any of their lies anymore. They said they had lost my money in a unpredicted market crash and it’s all gone. So I just need to go away now. I have tried contacting Wise transfer Company and they we’re not interested in my problems. I feel so stupid.
A Total Scam! Avoid avoid avoid! They aim to get you to trade in cryptocurrency and ask you to submit funds into a fake wallet... ( All fronted with the fact martin Lewis supports their activity)... FYI he supports no businesses in cryptocurrency period. Their aim in my opinion is to steal your data ( thankfully I only lost a little money and they have none of my personal details). DO NOT handover your personal information. Total scammers
as with the previous reviews they asked for £250..which i paid. then they asked for more money which when i tried to make the payment the bank would not pay it, i had a warning banner..this was obviously a red flag.(if the bank is aware then why has nothing been done about this company?) i asked for my money back and despite their repeated calls and my insisting they return my money, and that i know they are scammers, to date, it has not been returned. reading the reviews has given me some hope of using a company to help me. wish me luck!
I’m not entirely sure if this is a “scam” as such however the company have no idea how to do whatever it is they are supposed to be selling as a service. Their account managers are constantly sacked and swapped about meaning no continuity. I had a third party agreement for them to manage my account fully but they would leave trades open for long periods of time leading to massive losses. They can’t seem to own up and comprehend their mistakes and won’t do anything to rectify their mistakes either. Avoid this company at all costs.
Read all reviews. Scam company! I have asked my bank for help. 🤞 They can get my money back. Since contacting my bank I can no longer login. More worrying is that they have picture of my drivers licence and bank card
Phenofx are a company of conmen! They steal your money and demand more. Avoid them at all cost!
Complete scam! Took my money (minimum deposit) and after months of them now trying to convince me of their ‘authenticity’ it’s very clear they are a scam. Won’t verify my account without sharing screens (major red flag) won’t even respond to giving me my money back and despite blocking the many scam numbers that now call me (didn’t have these calls before) they just keep coming so I think they’re also passing off my info as well.
Never trust this company at all, I once trusted them with my money and it ended up in no more response from their emails, my agent blocked me, several weeks with no reply and cryptrescuecom coming to my aid and rescued me, that was how I got total reimbursement. Really hoped I didn't have to go through that but with the fact these company don't have proper regulations make them act anyhow. So happy its over now
Do not even contact this company !! I talked to them and decided they were a scam so did not proceed. They actually refunded my £250 deposit but persisted with calls to convince me they were genuine. They must have sold or passed my details to others as I am still getting cold calls about cryptocurrency
A good investment scheme is as good when you want to close down your investments as they are when you’re putting money in. When I was interested in investing I was treated very well. Then it became clear that they wanted further investments - I have refused. On one occasion I was called and when I said unless my account was verified I wouldn’t be doing any further business I was subjected to sexist and offensive comments. I fear these people have taken my hard earned cash but I won’t go quietly! Please do your homework and listen to these reviews - the lack of U.K. regulation is a clear indictment of their approach.
I joined and made the minimal deposit and to start with made a small amount. Suddenly all went wrong and my allocated Manager kept asking for more money to be deposited which I refused due to not having funds. The Manager kept asking again and again I refused. The next thing I knew was my money had all gone and I lost everything. Do not trust this Company.
PhenoFX This company is Terrible, Stay away, crooks. If you’ve already invested with PhenoFX it may be to late for you. Try and get your money out, big big scam. Good luck.
Scam,still can't get my money back keep saying to log into my account which I can't access!!!! Thinking of calling police!! Sooòo angry!!!
NEVER risk your money,this is a scam.They use all tricks so you deposit money.When you decide to withdraw after realising there is no profit coming,they then become rude and do not answer calls nor reply emails.I wonder if those positive reviews are not from them!
This is an absolute scam do not touch with a bargepole you will lose your money, also don't give identity docs. when you stop going along with them they get aggressive, they try for hours to gain your trust, DO NOT DO IT.
Scam scam and 1 more time scam. I asked for refund. And they still keep calling me. To proceed with account. 1 guy said he said email to customer service for refund. But obviously they keep calling me and bother me. So when I ask for refund. They always hang up. Piece of shieet mother fckers
They are a fake. They are all over you while you might "invest" more, but if you try to withdraw any money then complete silence. I can't help thinking all these positive reviews are fakes too. AVOID
