ParadTrade — broker or pseudo-broker? After a margin call was triggered on my account on October 13, 2025, the following facts were recorded: — almost all positions were closed at the same moment; — a few days later my account was transferred to another platform interface; — for the same position, the data differs between the two interfaces: • the closing date and time were changed; • a StopOut mark was added; • the exact time of the margin call is missing. The same trade is displayed differently in two interfaces of the same platform. Such manipulation of trade history is impossible for brokers that provide real market access. Additionally: — irregularities in swap charges were identified; — written requests to provide swap calculation formulas, proof of fund segregation, and information about liquidity providers were ignored by customer support. All these facts are documented with screenshots and speak for themselves. Account ID 5899668 ⚠️ I would also like to connect with other clients who have had a similar experience with ParadTrade. Based on my case, I have serious concerns regarding how trades were executed, how account data was presented after the margin call, and the overall transparency of the platform.
