I NEVER IMAGINED I WOULD ALL MY SAVINGS THROUGH AN ONLINE INVESTMENT PLATFORM, BUT THAT'S WHAT EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. I STARTED BY DEPOSITING MONEY MAKING WHAT APPEARED TO BE SUCCESSFUL TRADES. BUT AFTER INVESTING FOR MONTHS, MY ACCOUNT SHOWED A NEGATIVE BALANCE, AND I WAS PRESSURED TO MAKE ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS BEFORE I COULD ACCESS MY FUNDS. EVENTUALLY LOST ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNT. * AFTER EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED , I DECIDED TO TAKE MATTERS INTO MY OWN HANDS AND REPORT THE CASE TO THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES AND S AV CAPITALIM LTD. AND FINALLY I CAN SAY THAT MY FUNDS ARE BACK, THAT BROUGHT A GREAT RELIEF. I HOPE YOU LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND LEAVE HERE BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.

dont trust with intresting deposited bonus...they scammed you..they lure trader with intresting deposit bonus 100-150% additional credit from your deposited amount..while you really need the bonus to support you trading activity they will cancel the bonus affected end up you will margin called...before i deposited checked with customer svc either the bonus supporting draw dawn or not...but they told me the bonus act as addional credited to double your equities ...comes to floating exceed with your deposited amount or you cut loss they will automaticly cancel your bonus...damn scam broker...stay away from this scam broker...very dissapointed...stay away dint waste your time and money with scam broker
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I made a deposit of 104.2 USDT via TRC20, and the blockchain transaction was successfully confirmed from Binance. I immediately provided the TXID and proof of payment to the support agent, Ezraa. However, after the deposit was confirmed, communication suddenly became very poor. I have tried contacting him more than 5 times regarding my deposit, but whenever I ask about the funds, he becomes unresponsive or only replies with vague answers like “checking” without giving any proper explanation or update. This behavior is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the credibility and transparency of this platform. A confirmed blockchain transaction should not be ignored without clear communication to the customer. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately and for proper customer support to be provided.
