Summary
Reviews are mixed but many users praise OneEquity for fast, helpful customer support, quick verification and login, straightforward deposits and withdrawals, multiple account types, high leverage (up to 1:1000), an intuitive research dashboard and mobile app, competitive spreads on gold and indices, and attentive account managers that help beginners. Several reviewers strongly recommend the broker and report smooth, timely responses and problem resolution. Common requests include more educational videos for new traders and clarity on how income tax matters are handled. However, there are serious negative allegations from some clients claiming opaque terms, arbitrary profit reversals, account lockouts and backend adjustments that removed or skimmed winnings, accompanied by urgent warnings to withdraw funds and complaints filed with regulators. These accusations raise significant transparency and fairness concerns that sharply contrast with the positive service reports. Prospective clients should weigh the generally favorable user experiences against the serious fraud claims and perform thorough due diligence before depositing large sums.

URGENT SAFETY WARNING TO ALL ACTIVE TRADERS: If you currently have live investments sitting inside OnEquity, log into your profile immediately, secure screenshots of your complete MetaTrader history log, and withdraw your entire capital footprint before your data is completely scrubbed from their database. This broker operates an aggressive backend profit-skimming layout that manually deletes client balances the moment you execute a major winning transaction under their highly marketed 1:1000 leverage parameters. On Friday, 4 October 2024, I accurately analyzed the market velocity and entered a sequence of legitimate directional buy USDJPY trades right before the US Non-Farm Payroll (NFP) release. My trades executed perfectly into the live market feed, locking in an exact net profit calculation of $2,739.14 USD. To completely block my visibility and stop me from saving my history logs, the risk management desk immediately deactivated my client portal login path and locked me out of the terminal. The official "Daily Confirmation Statement" mailed directly from their own server engine captures a blatant corporate bait-and-switch scam and data falsification. OnEquity actively induces retail participants to deposit capital by promising 100% negative balance protection alongside extreme 1:1000 leverage, explicitly stating on their interface: "We take it upon ourselves to protect your account and guarantee that it never goes negative during market fluctuations." Yet, when my separate short hedging account dropped into a negative deficit of -$1,316.13 USD during the dollar rally, they completely broke their own contract. Instead of absorbing this operational loss via their own corporate insurance funds as guaranteed by the phrase "we take it upon ourselves," they manually executed a fraudulent backend adjustment code "negative balance correction -2,186.33 USD" (Transaction ID 353166) on my independent winning buying terminal to siphon my profits and cover their own internal system liabilities. To hide this theft, their administrators manually altered the time metrics in the database logs to force a fake 1-second auto-close timestamp to manufacture artificial losses, generating an impossible ledger where 30 consecutive transactions read exactly "0.00" in the profit/loss column during a massive market expansion. They approve minor payouts (-328 USD via Swiffy in August and -105 USD via Ozow in September) to project market legitimacy, but they forcefully extort your funds via a backend database override the second you win big. I have officially registered my complete 15-part bank deposit history and server files under Helpdesk Ticket #30988 directly with the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) under License SD154, and copied the file to the South African Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) and the FAIS Ombud to audit the domestic merchant bank account pathways of their local shell entity: ONEEQUITYSA PTY LTD. Withdraw your investments immediately before they delete your portal path next !

Hello. So far, you have been doing a good job, and I hope there won't be any issues when it comes time to make a withdrawal. Also, could you please let me know how you handle income tax matters? Thanks, Eduardo Cunha.

I am very disappointed with OneEquity. My account (No. 1079487) was unfairly stripped of all the profits I had generated, despite trading under normal market conditions. The broker accused me of “improper practices” without presenting any evidence, relying only on vague and unfavorable terms and conditions that are far from transparent. This behavior shows a lack of fairness and respect towards clients. Profits earned legitimately should not be removed arbitrarily. Instead of providing clear proof, OneEquity hides behind ambiguous rules that only benefit the broker. I strongly advise other traders to be cautious when dealing with this company. In my experience, OneEquity does not protect its clients’ interests and acts in a way that undermines trust in the trading industry.

I’m writing this review so others don’t fall into the same situation I did. My intention is simply to share my experience and highlight the concerns I faced as a customer. Here’s what stood out: • Disguised transactions: My deposits never showed up as “OnEquity.” They appeared under random merchant names like clothing or tech shops. That’s not client choice – that’s how the company set up its payment system. • Currency routing: Payments were pushed through in different currencies and routed offshore without warning, leaving me with unexpected costs. • No FCA regulation: OnEquity is not FCA regulated. UK customers therefore have no oversight, no protections, and no accountability if things go wrong. • Targeting restricted regions: Despite lacking FCA approval, they still take on UK and EU clients. Other firms have already been fined or banned for exactly this. When I raised these issues, the company’s only response was to say everything was “at my own discretion” and that the matter was “closed a year ago.” In my opinion, that kind of answer makes them look even less transparent. Based on my experience, I believe there are far safer and more accountable options elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed 😞 I had very high hopes for my trading using this brokerage but I met more inconvenience than expected I don't need compensation just advise as to how I can get my money back because, the terms of use state one thing but the actual experience is painful as I have deficiency of not difficulties withdrawing as I am only limited to withdrawing only using the account I used to deposit and the option of my bank is only available when depositing but when I need to withdraw the option is not available meaning I have no access to my fund the reason for this is that they are following AML anti money laundering regulations, but they advertise their business as convenient considering their competition I would like to get my finds and move to a hassle free customer friendly brokerage services please help me to withdraw my funds via Capitec Bank or Ozow I had really high hopes but I am disappointed 😞☹️ as I sacrificed money to trade a lot that should be working doesn't work. I just need help withdrawing now!!!
