I am writing to document a critical pricing failure. On December 29, 2025, my Silver (XAGUSD) position was liquidated by the platform at a price of $90.90. The Issue: That price does not match market reality. On that exact same day, OctaFX's own "Market Analysis" section published a report stating that the Silver market reached an "all-time high of $84.03." The Contradiction: Your Market Analysts stated the high was $84.03. Your Trading Engine executed my trade at $90.90. It is impossible for both of these numbers to be correct. This unexplained $6.87 deviation resulted in a financial loss of $1,613.30. When I contacted support to ask for the Liquidity Provider data to verify the $90.90 price, the chat was disconnected. I have submitted a formal dispute and am awaiting a refund to correct this manifest error to the real market price. I have verified my identity with Trustpilot to confirm I am a genuine client.

Have made a deposit since 29th Dec, til now no deposit arrived and talk with customer care many times, but no solution...till updated by themselves there is no track showing of deposit done. And no solution
