FAKE FEEDBACK! Please do not reply to my review! Chat support has been disabled and no one replies to my email. Yes, until now, I haven’t received my withdrawals. What you see in their system is just a virtual money. So even if you lost in trading or win in trading, your money was really gone the moment you deposit it. Give me evidence you are replying! Liar!

They are reporting me and trying to get all my reviews taken down because they run an illegal brokerage in Turkey. If it wasn’t true why do they keep reporting my reviews and no one else’s. The local turkey authorities already has a pending case on these guys. Reach out to the local Istanbul Turkey authorities and file your complaints. They were located in the Kanyon. They claimed a former employee stole the btc wallet. Don’t know how true that is. But if you have not received payment file your complaints now!

Have not received a withdrawal in an entire year! They send: "Your withdrawal request has been forwarded to the relevant department for review. You will be informed as soon as there is an update. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding. The finance team is currently checking on your transaction . I will update you as soon as it is finalized."... but there is NEVER an update. Here is what was just sent to me by them: "You will be informed immediately once there is a concrete update or once the process has been finalized. Please note that repeated messages will not accelerate the process; however, we assure you that your case has not been overlooked or disregarded." I was told that repeated messages will not accelerate the process. I need my funds and they DO NOT CARE! They will rip anybody off. I promise you.

Don't wast a penny there I am waiting for my withdrawal already 7 months they keep on promising and sweet talk I kept calling customer service the only thing they give is sweet talk if you like it give them your money...... they even might give you a small withdrawal to show that you could get withdrawals but that it the big money they keep for themself...... a sham... I would call it stealing. I spoke to sam one of the customer service he promised me thet now the the ownership came in I will get it in couple days that couple days never arrived I e,mailed him again then he told me I need to cancel the withdrawal that was pending already for months and then make a new one and then will get it that also never arrived contect him again he said I shoul wait till January that ment waiting another 6 weeks and the money never came contact him again he said he tried it's not up to him and I am fed up with them and I felt enough with customer service never helped.
