Very bad experience I have lost my belongings within half an hour distance away not ready to compensate as well not ready to take any action against team leader Saliman Das and team members ,, fraud company not ready to take responsibility what I have lost .Terrible fraud company.
I stupidly followed a fake ad on Facebook involving Bryan Baeumler in 2022. It was a process of trading crypto which intrigued me. When I realized it was a scam I cut off contact and threw out my computer. It's now 2025 and they're calling me 10 times a day pretending to be a security company. They'll refund my money but they need my account information. They call from different numbers every time. These are scammers who won't give up.
I had to give them one star but it should be a negative I invested 52000 with novobtokers last year and decided that it was a scam so tried to get my money back after 4 days they informed me that my account was frozen and the money held in escrow and they wanted me to pay 22000 to release it which I didn’t do several months later they got in touch stating that I had 102000 in my account and they wanted 16000 to release it then it got to 5200 several times before I eventually tried it it all went quiet for a month then they contacted me again and asked for another 7600 to pay taxes and still no money back so to date nothing it’s all just one big scam they claim to have a office in London but they don’t they are not registered with the fca avoid them those who have given them any stars must be working for them
It is a scam. My wife is smarter than me . The story about Thomas Banks is EXACLTY the same as me. Don’t be fooled . I lost US10K!!

Novobrokers refuse to refund my original capital. A broker called THOMAS BANKS was the first broker I dealt with. Thomas left me in a dangerous position, I couldn't withdraw, he then mysteriously disappeared, then came another Benicio, well Benicio Borroni wanted more money, to recover what Thomas had lost. Benicio didn't like the heat in the cupboard so I was then left with GEORGE PORTER came along, he didn't like what I had to say either, I kept hammering them with everyemail address I had. Well GEORGE PORTER put in a swap, thats ok no problem there, when the swap was finished GEORGE PORTER no longer there, strangely he was promoted but his email was cancelled. Go figure. Then along came MICHAEL COLE from the finance department, another voice who doesn't like emails and prefers to call you. Well now it's pay 17K USD or my money is lost. No return my initial investment NO THEY JUST WANT MORE MONEY. People stay away all the good reviews are from Novobroker workers, I mean scammers. They are not real and are just scammers.
I had to give a star to do this. Would have been more a negative. Deposited minimum to Novobrokers to see how it worked and if it was viable and was contacted almost immediately by a broker/adviser who spent many months on the phone encouraging me to put in more which I did. My account did brilliantly until I refused to put in more (minimum US$100K requested). Broker became angry and finally advised he was no longer going to contact me...his work with me was done. My account is now worth almost nothing. Total scam. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

I like the website, it has been put together really nicely. The interface is fairly simple. I have been trading for the last two months and there was only a delay once that the support team was able to handle pretty quickly. I recommend this platform, it is trustworthy and truly efficient.
I am glad I started trading here. At first, there were some bugs - I kept getting signed out of my account and that was pretty annoying, so I decided to send a letter to the support team. They were very sweet and fixed the issue within an hour. I am trading, withdrawing and profiting.
