I can't withdraw! I made the deposit form my credit card a week ago. Now , they say that I can't withdraw through that option.
I have a pending withdrawal of almost 1000 euro since one month ago and I haven't received any support at all. Very frustrating REPLY TO NAGA on 28th December I contacted the assistance on the 2nd December (Ticket number 2813801). No reply! Last time I wrote is on the 26th of December, still no reply.

Naga Scam stole 70000$ Lawsuit for the shutdown! Naga Scam 5 stars reviews= fake paid. The scammers have a new name. NAGA! You are lucky that we can't post screenshots on Trust Pilot! If I could give 0 I would easily do it! Even giving -100 stars on 5 would not even be enough for those scammers! NAGA reported my first review but here a new more detailed review that I am going to share everywhere. Try to find all of them NAGA! 😊 By the way, by reporting and deleting all the reviews here and on other social network are not going to help for the terrible and sh!te reputation you already have NAGA! What a broker do when he got too many bad reviews and can’t handle them anymore? They change their name! Alright Alright NAGA or should I said AVAtrader, Alpha trader or Hanseatic Brokerhouse Global Markets? Why would you ask? Because they are all the same crooks! All the same scammers and thieves under a new name! You have been punished under the law already in Belgium but now something bigger is coming for you guys! You have been messing up with the wrong man! You have been messing up with too many people for way too long under all your scamming names! Just a warning! Stay away from this company and all the other ones mentioned! They are rude and useless liars, thieves, crook and give the worst customer service you could imagine in any business from any sector! On their website, they pretend to have 5 offices in 5 different countries but the only office they have is in Cyprus. They pretend also to have over +500000 members in the Naga community but when you look at all the social media combined, they have less than 5000 real followers. The Facebook page, they have +20000 likes but all from bots… They also pretend to offer International customer service but when you call the numbers from all the listed countries on the website, this is all going back to the cr0oks in Cyprus. The irony in all this scam is Mrs, Benjamin Bilski have been included in the famous '30 under 30 - Europe' talent list not because of his businessman skills-talents but because of all the money he made from the ICO presale in 2017! How the world allows such dishonest people to get so much fame and money!? This is just disgusting! Nothing else! He has no idea how to run a business and he really doesn’t give a sh!t about all the unhappy customers-investors! The way he deals with it? Trying to delete as much as possible bad reviews all over the internet include: Trust Pilot, Facebook, Reddit, Youtube, Tweeter and even the Naga Trader Platform! They deleted every of my single feed when I exposed them instead of giving some explanations on the Naga Platform. They ignored me when they find out that they have been trying to scam the wrong guy! But luckily, I recorded everything with them! Even the phones call! So they can now delete everything they want because I got everything I need to make sure those scammers get what they deserve! And they are really MAD at me! 😊 By the way, If they sold for 45 million dollars of ICOS at the presale. How this is possible to have such a mediocre customer service with the rudest people who can barely speak English at the customer service? Why they can’t expand their business properly when they have been in the space since 2017 under the NAGA (way longer under all the other names) brand? So, If this business was legit, they would be number 1 in the social trading space already! But instead, they prefer to employs some useless m0ron$ to deal with the customer service of the company because I guess this is cheaper for them this way! They prefer to get salty when they get a bad review! The customer service in nearly inexistent and whey they do give one, this is always the fault of the customer because they are bragging to offer a great customer service but have no clue what they are doing! The only time they will respond to someone is for threatening him by email or to respond on social media saying to send your document to the customer service otherwise, they can’t do anything.

No way, I am stuck with registration, I am trying to change my address ,they do not let you, delete your profile, doesnt possible, you asking for help via e-mail , they dont care.My account, yet ,open ,so I am asking you to delete , and you agree, but it is not closed, any legal step against this type of scam, who think they just fine stealing your details, and make after their head .

App often fails. High costs on overnight charged, constantly changing tarriffs. New rule: on Wednesday the overnight charge is times 3! Mist importantly however: they really don’t want you to withdraw money. Why does it need to be 2-3 days??
