About MyForexFunds

MyForexFunds was a proprietary trading firm that operated through the domain myforexfunds.com. In September 2023, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) filed a civil enforcement action against Traders Global Group Inc. (operating as MyForexFunds) and its principal. The complaint alleged fraudulent activities and misappropriation of customer funds related to forex and commodities trading. Following this, the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) also issued a temporary order suspending all trading and acquisition of securities by the company and its owner.

CFTC, OSC

The firm did not hold authorization from recognized financial regulatory authorities such as the FCA (UK) or ASIC (Australia), and the legal actions initiated by North American regulators effectively halted its operations. The CFTC sought restitution, disgorgement, and civil monetary penalties, while the OSC prohibited trading activity until further notice.

CFTC Order, OSC
