Using it for the first time was facilitated by easily defined menu but i wish there was a way to let new users know what to do next, to facilitated linking to my trading account. thank goodness for very helpful Oscar in customer service! very patient and kind and saved a klutz from a potential panic attack!

I deposited and earned through trading. When I attempted to withdraw my funds, the withdrawal was cancelled. I contacted customer service, and they repeatedly told me to submit an email request, which I did but I never received a response. When I reached out again, they ignored me entirely. This platform is fraudulent. I took legal action, filed a lawsuit, and only then was my money out of captive. What a complete scam. I’ve kept all the chat logs and withdrawal records as evidence. I won't be allowed to share them.

Horrible, after doing all the verifications and confirming source of funds, they lifted up the block for withdrawals. After trading another 10K AGAIN SUSPENDING WITHDRAWALS and asking for more information aboutb my wealth! Horrible, just horrible, i feel like a criminal!

SCAM BY MULTIBANKFX / MEX GROUP I was approached by company registered MULTIBANK / MEX Corporation to work as affiliate with them, which means bringing clients to them to generate commission, for which i agreed, I have agreement with them for which copy shall be shared with you, if the agreement my job was to bring client and client must maintain its deposit for minimum 14 days and must complete required lots to generate commission, agreement section Payment Condition on page 2 clearly states my job, but despite bringing clients to them company is denying to pay my amount of USD 7,800. The agreement with the company and the trading history of all 8 clients are available for reference multibankfx is real scam in the industry my affiliate ID is 889009239 so multibank may check about the genuineness of this review
