Summary
Most reviewers describe Modmount as an unreliable and untrustworthy broker. While a few mention fast execution, a clear platform, and helpful support at first, the majority report serious issues such as aggressive and persistent phone calls, unprofessional behavior, pressure to deposit more money, and major difficulties withdrawing funds. Many claim they were manipulated into investing larger sums through false promises of upgrades and profits, only to lose their money or never receive withdrawals. Several customers say that Modmount contacted them repeatedly even after closing their accounts, often using different phone numbers. Some accuse the company of unethical and fraudulent practices, warning others not to invest. Overall, although initial experiences can appear smooth, most users describe deception, lack of transparency, and significant financial losses.

My ACCOUNTS 210924 AND 95772 SYBIL BERRY 124781 During my time with ModMount Ltd, I was primarily managed by an individual named Aissa Altis, and more recently by Jededa N. names that were used on the Trading Platform. My experience has been extremely distressing and has resulted in significant financial loss, personal debt, and severe emotional and physical stress. Over the course of this relationship, I deposited in excess of USD600,000.00 into my ModMount trading accounts. I was repeatedly assured by Aissa Altis that I would be able to make substantial withdrawals, with specific promises of cash-outs in the amounts of U.S. Dollars 50,000, 70,000, and even 100,000. These promises were never fulfilled. At best, I was only permitted to withdraw very small amounts, which I now believe were used to create a false sense of trust. I was consistently pressured and encouraged to deposit additional funds, including being advised to: Withdraw my life savings Sell my personal vehicle Take out loans and incur debt Continue depositing funds to “avoid liquidation” As a retired individual, following this advice has left me in serious financial difficulty, with ongoing loans and debts that I am now struggling to repay. I was also repeatedly instructed to upgrade my trading account from Classic to Silver to Gold, and ultimately pressured to upgrade to Platinum - VIP account, each time requiring additional deposits with the last upgrade I was asked to increase the balance up to one million. I was led to believe these upgrades were necessary to secure withdrawals and improve performance. Despite this, my accounts were poorly managed, numerous bad trades were opened, and three separate trading accounts were ultimately liquidated, providing little to no benefit to me. I now strongly believe that I was misled regarding the experience and competence of the account managers, and that my trust was exploited through false assurances, aggressive deposit pressure, and irresponsible trading practices. The conduct I experienced does not align with fair, transparent, or ethical financial services. This situation has had a severe impact on my mental and physical health, in addition to the devastating financial consequences. No client—particularly someone of retirement age—should be subjected to this level of pressure, manipulation, and harm. My ACCOUNTS 210924 AND 95772 SYBIL BERRY 124781 I did a review some time back but it seem to have been taken down. Please do not take this one down this is an honest and so was the previous review. This platform need to be stopped from scamming persons hard earned money. They cannot live in peace if they have a conscience. My final horrible experience was with Jedidah N. who asked me to cancel my withdrawal so that I could buy silver which would earn a bit more on the 4K. Later in the day I received an email stating that I had reached margin call. They need to be stopped immediately!

Naively, after seeing an advertisement on the MSN website about the use of artificial intelligence on the Modmount platform, I invested two hundred and fifty dollars. Later, influenced by a manager, I invested more money. I discovered that there was no use of artificial intelligence on the platform and also found a depressed trading chart at fifty cents on the dollar, a high swap rate. Modmount prepared a refund contract, in which I would be under the jurisdiction of the Seychelles Islands if I signed it. I did not accept. I filed three complaints with the Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) of Seychelles. I requested the directors to return the capital that was unjustly taken from me and compensation for the material damages that caused me so much suffering, based on the value stipulated in the contract offered by Modmount.

I submitted a withdrawal request on the 18th and had to follow up several times with customer support. Each response said the request was under review by the finance department, but no clear timeline was ever provided. Even after being told the withdrawal was initiated, there was still no confirmation of when the funds would be received. Communication was vague and not transparent. Based on my experience, I would advise caution. After 9-10 working days, its resolved

This is a scam trading group. After I deposited the amount, I received only one day of support from the Modmount team. After that, no one contacted me again. I emailed Modmount customer care several times, but every time I received only an automatic reply saying they would call me soon. No one ever called. The most disappointing part is that after I bought shares based on advice from the Modmount team, they did not help me to close or sell the shares. Because of this, my account is now empty. I strongly recommend everyone not to deposit even a single dollar with this scam group.

Please do not get carried away by the numerous calls and sweet talks from the mod mount team...i saw some fake advert on FB, not knowing it was AI created and FAKE. I registered and they persuaded me to invest. Now I have requested for withdrawal and request is denied...which proves that they only want to SCAM the community at large and make their earnings at the cost of common man's hard-earned money. My sincere request to everyone, please refrain from such frauds.

Modmount uses fake adverts to lure people seeking to invest in trading. They request minimum investment of US$250 to initiate trading. Once an account is created and funds deposited, they aggressively manipulate you to deposit more. They don't teach you to trade. They don't legitimate trade for you as they claim. They generate fake profits out of your own deposit. Next to impossible to opt out and withdraw your funds. Account managers use many different numbers to call you to pressure you to deposit funds. A terrible experience. They are scammers. Beware!!

Customer support replied, but it took longer than I’d like. Platform itself is pretty average.

ModMount offers a decent set of tools for intermediate traders. I had no major issues, but nothing really stood out either. Support answered my questions, though not very quickly. Overall, it’s a broker that works, but doesn’t quite reach a premium experience.

Decent broker but nothing special. Some trades executed fast, others lagged a bit.

This company employs unqualified individuals who deceive customers. I was prompted to open an account with them by their sales coordinator, who is an expert in cheating customers and providing false information. I was told that I could withdraw funds anytime and there were no restrictions, but in fact, the company did not allow me to withdraw any money from the account. The account manager blocked my funds by executing trades that moved in the opposite direction until those trades became negative, resulting in a balance that could not support them. Now all my money is gone, and the company people do not answer the mail. So beware of your money.

ModMount is okay overall. The platform works fine, but the spreads felt a bit higher than I expected.

Execution speed is decent, and the platform works for casual trading. Still, spreads could be tighter and some tools could be more polished.

ModMount works fine for everyday trading, but if you’re looking for advanced analytics or professional features, it might feel restrictive.

I’ve been using ModMount for a few weeks. The platform is simple to navigate, but I wish the charting tools were more advanced for in-depth analysis.

I have withdrawn some of my funds on the 25th of September, the staus was pending review for one month then initiated then disappeared. Their complaint department tried to convince me that I had not enough balance. How could you withdraw funds when you don’t have balance? Very bad experience and they will not allow you to withdraw your own money.

This company uses known political figures to trap you into their system. Once you sign up with $250, you end up putting all your investment money in. I lost $140,000 USD with account managers who don't know about investment and especially about forex. They pushed me to put more and more money after buying positions that close with huge amount of swap. They encouraged me to add more money to get into the next level of account telling me that I should diversify but after putting the money, nothing has been done and I kept on adding more money until I could no longer do and I lost ALL of the money that I have poured in. I don't know what to do to try to incriminate them. Can someone help me ?

They are a nuisance. You tell them not to call you and they will continue to call. It’s annoying as if they are begging or desperate for your money. DO NOT sign up with them. They are Calling at 3am in the morning.

I really see no reason why a company like MODMOUTH as they call themselves would accept to register with any genuine organization to be reviewed. The circle of people associated with modmouth do not have conscience. They have different people to talk to you, convince you to bring money to invest and trade, promise to help you even if you know nothing about trading and after you have invested heavily, they avoid you and disappear. WHY? A horrible experience indeed.

I was enticed to open up an account with Modmount broker hoping to make a fortune in the world 🌍 of forex trading. I opened my account, when I was opening my account they asked me if I had a bank account, I told them no. I told them that I have my money on my mobile money account. They accepted and I deposited my money. They gave some account manager who was a lady. She kept calling me and advising me on the markets. Time came when I could no longer move along with them. I decided to make a withdrawal. These guys asked for a mobile money banking statement showing the transaction I made to them which I didn't have. I told them that for me when I deposited my money using mobile money not mobile banking. Since then they have refused to send my money for over a month. I just want my money I am tired of scamming me with nonsense. How comes that they accepted my deposit but later they can't send my money 250$. Modmount send my money am tired of waiting because it's my money and I have a right to reclaim it. I just want my money however small it is because am tired of your useless nonsense. How can you start asking for a statement which shows my deposit to you. Check your databases and computers and check the transaction which I made to you on 2nd September of this year and send my money later. Other brokers like Exness don't ask for such statements and their withdraws take 5 minutes to receive your money. But with Modmount you can even take a month waiting for your money. Just refund my 250$.

At first, ModMount acts very professional and friendly. They talk in a way that makes you trust them completely. They even let you withdraw a small amount at the beginning, just to make you feel safe and confident to deposit more. But that’s their trick — once they have your trust, they start controlling everything. They give you positions that look profitable at first, only to make you believe you’re doing well. Then, when the triple swap on Wednesday happens, your balance suddenly drops. This is the moment they wait for. They tell you your account is in danger and push you to deposit more “to save it.” You panic and send more money — but right after that, they give you new positions that make you lose everything again. Then they say, “It’s the market.” It’s not the market — it’s a setup. They know exactly what they are doing. Please, don’t fall into the same trap. They use manipulation, fake trust, and psychological pressure to take your money. I’m writing this so others don’t get hurt the way I did.
