Summary
Most reviewers describe Modmount as an unreliable and untrustworthy broker. While a few mention fast execution, a clear platform, and helpful support at first, the majority report serious issues such as aggressive and persistent phone calls, unprofessional behavior, pressure to deposit more money, and major difficulties withdrawing funds. Many claim they were manipulated into investing larger sums through false promises of upgrades and profits, only to lose their money or never receive withdrawals. Several customers say that Modmount contacted them repeatedly even after closing their accounts, often using different phone numbers. Some accuse the company of unethical and fraudulent practices, warning others not to invest. Overall, although initial experiences can appear smooth, most users describe deception, lack of transparency, and significant financial losses.

The Modmount platform claims that the losses stem from natural fluctuations in the financial market. This argument does not hold up against the documentary evidence. The losses did not result from inherent market risk, but from two artificial and fraudulent mechanisms operated by the platform itself, demonstrable by simple visual review of the documents, without the need for any specialized technical knowledge: a) Outdated chart by USD 0.53 — artificially unfavorable entry price: In a simultaneous comparison carried out on June 25, 2024, at 8:48 PM, the independent brokers IXXEN and XTB (xStation 5 platform) displayed an identical quote of USD 2,319.91 for the asset Gold (XAU/USD), consistent with the international market. The Modmount platform, in isolation, presented an artificially lowered value of USD 2,319.38 and an abusive spread of 268 points. It is impossible for only one platform to present a price different from the global market for an internationally standardized asset. The price convergence between two independent brokers confirms that the correct value was USD 2,319.91 — and that Modmount was fraudulently manipulating its charts. The practical effect is that every position opened by the broker was already a losing one, as the entry price was artificially unfavorable from the very first moment. The proof is objective, public, and replicable, requiring only a visual verification of the attached printout. Once again, I request extrajudicially the return of USD 893.00 that were taken from me.

Before opening my account,I took some time to read through the conditions and requirments. The information was presented clearly.

I felt reasonably comfortable using ModMount because the registration process included identity verification and the company’s regulatory information was available. While the experience felt fairly secure, there is still room for improvement in terms of trust and transparency.

I joined Modmount after seeing a highly respected journalist in my area recommended an investment for $250 and in a very short time, you are reaping significant benefits. Because I know him personally, I went ahead with the application which turned out later to be Modmount, having being subsequently contacted. I was bombarded with calls for significantly more investment funds. One of the consultants even said I wasted her time dismissed me. The other consultant who was assigned, appeared to be genuine but same level of calls until significant losses appeared on my account; and then he became unavailable. Several attempts to contact went unanswered as my losses increased and withdrawals were impossible. My advice to all potential investers: BEWARE OF MODMOUNT. ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD.

The broker appears well-regulated and maintains a polished, professional setup, which naturally builds a bit of confidence.

After my complaints about modmountltd, I was contacted by several means of communications. I became very happy for the immediate response I got from the company. All my details were gotten, an agreement form was sent to me which has been signed by both parties and any moment from now am expecting my disbursement. Thank you modmount.

This company employs analysts who know nothing and deludes them with promises of profit. They especially have an employee named Mohammed, a Syrian national, who got us into trouble. He can't analyze things properly, and we lost a large sum of money. I don't recommend this company because they are incompetent. Unfortunately, it's the worst company and has the worst management.

This company is a sham and they are scammers. After depositing the $250 after aggressive calls, they withdrew my money and now they are silent. Shitheads and thieves. These Modmount people are unbelievable. The called me on telephone number +442036083352 that they were processing my refund. The suddenly they email me that i provide a bank statement to show connection between me and my money. These people are really thieves. I have all emails and telephone lines they have used to call me and am going to post them here. Scammers, thieves and internet thugs. The entire world should be alerted of these criminals.

My ACCOUNTS 210924 AND 95772 SYBIL BERRY 124781 During my time with ModMount Ltd, I was primarily managed by an individual named Aissa Altis, and more recently by Jededa N. names that were used on the Trading Platform. My experience has been extremely distressing and has resulted in significant financial loss, personal debt, and severe emotional and physical stress. Over the course of this relationship, I deposited in excess of USD600,000.00 into my ModMount trading accounts. I was repeatedly assured by Aissa Altis that I would be able to make substantial withdrawals, with specific promises of cash-outs in the amounts of U.S. Dollars 50,000, 70,000, and even 100,000. These promises were never fulfilled. At best, I was only permitted to withdraw very small amounts, which I now believe were used to create a false sense of trust. I was consistently pressured and encouraged to deposit additional funds, including being advised to: Withdraw my life savings Sell my personal vehicle Take out loans and incur debt Continue depositing funds to “avoid liquidation” As a retired individual, following this advice has left me in serious financial difficulty, with ongoing loans and debts that I am now struggling to repay. I was also repeatedly instructed to upgrade my trading account from Classic to Silver to Gold, and ultimately pressured to upgrade to Platinum - VIP account, each time requiring additional deposits with the last upgrade I was asked to increase the balance up to one million. I was led to believe these upgrades were necessary to secure withdrawals and improve performance. Despite this, my accounts were poorly managed, numerous bad trades were opened, and three separate trading accounts were ultimately liquidated, providing little to no benefit to me. I now strongly believe that I was misled regarding the experience and competence of the account managers, and that my trust was exploited through false assurances, aggressive deposit pressure, and irresponsible trading practices. The conduct I experienced does not align with fair, transparent, or ethical financial services. This situation has had a severe impact on my mental and physical health, in addition to the devastating financial consequences. No client—particularly someone of retirement age—should be subjected to this level of pressure, manipulation, and harm. My ACCOUNTS 210924 AND 95772 SYBIL BERRY 124781 I did a review some time back but it seem to have been taken down. Please do not take this one down this is an honest and so was the previous review. This platform need to be stopped from scamming persons hard earned money. They cannot live in peace if they have a conscience. My final horrible experience was with Jedidah N. who asked me to cancel my withdrawal so that I could buy silver which would earn a bit more on the 4K. Later in the day I received an email stating that I had reached margin call. They need to be stopped immediately!

Naively, after seeing an advertisement on the MSN website about the use of artificial intelligence on the Modmount platform, I invested two hundred and fifty dollars. Later, influenced by a manager, I invested more money. I discovered that there was no use of artificial intelligence on the platform and also found a depressed trading chart at fifty cents on the dollar, a high swap rate. Modmount prepared a refund contract, in which I would be under the jurisdiction of the Seychelles Islands if I signed it. I did not accept. I filed three complaints with the Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) of Seychelles. I requested the directors to return the capital that was unjustly taken from me and compensation for the material damages that caused me so much suffering, based on the value stipulated in the contract offered by Modmount.

I submitted a withdrawal request on the 18th and had to follow up several times with customer support. Each response said the request was under review by the finance department, but no clear timeline was ever provided. Even after being told the withdrawal was initiated, there was still no confirmation of when the funds would be received. Communication was vague and not transparent. Based on my experience, I would advise caution. After 9-10 working days, its resolved

This is a scam trading group. After I deposited the amount, I received only one day of support from the Modmount team. After that, no one contacted me again. I emailed Modmount customer care several times, but every time I received only an automatic reply saying they would call me soon. No one ever called. The most disappointing part is that after I bought shares based on advice from the Modmount team, they did not help me to close or sell the shares. Because of this, my account is now empty. I strongly recommend everyone not to deposit even a single dollar with this scam group.

Please do not get carried away by the numerous calls and sweet talks from the mod mount team...i saw some fake advert on FB, not knowing it was AI created and FAKE. I registered and they persuaded me to invest. Now I have requested for withdrawal and request is denied...which proves that they only want to SCAM the community at large and make their earnings at the cost of common man's hard-earned money. My sincere request to everyone, please refrain from such frauds.

Modmount uses fake adverts to lure people seeking to invest in trading. They request minimum investment of US$250 to initiate trading. Once an account is created and funds deposited, they aggressively manipulate you to deposit more. They don't teach you to trade. They don't legitimate trade for you as they claim. They generate fake profits out of your own deposit. Next to impossible to opt out and withdraw your funds. Account managers use many different numbers to call you to pressure you to deposit funds. A terrible experience. They are scammers. Beware!!

ModMount offers a decent set of tools for intermediate traders. I had no major issues, but nothing really stood out either. Support answered my questions, though not very quickly. Overall, it’s a broker that works, but doesn’t quite reach a premium experience.

This company employs unqualified individuals who deceive customers. I was prompted to open an account with them by their sales coordinator, who is an expert in cheating customers and providing false information. I was told that I could withdraw funds anytime and there were no restrictions, but in fact, the company did not allow me to withdraw any money from the account. The account manager blocked my funds by executing trades that moved in the opposite direction until those trades became negative, resulting in a balance that could not support them. Now all my money is gone, and the company people do not answer the mail. So beware of your money.

Execution speed is decent, and the platform works for casual trading. Still, spreads could be tighter and some tools could be more polished.
