Choosing MBFX was the best decision for my trading journey. Their platform is user-friendly, and the customer service is always prompt and helpful. I've seen great returns on my investments since joining.
I have requested for withdrawal of my deposited amount and that's also $100 amount per transection but MBFX is unable to proceed the transection. They are keep giving false date and time of withdrawal. By default they say it will take 48 hours but it has been more then 15 days now that this simple amount can not be withdrawal. This amount is not even the profit amount but it is simply my deposited amount since an year ago. Ahsan farooq barlas @Ahsanfarooqbarlas (youtube channel) is also involved in this since he had recommended and enforce his followers to deposit amount here.
I've been trying to withdraw my funds for over a month now, but MBFX is just not processing it. It's been an agonizing 134 days! I initially deposited to test the broker and took a few trades. However, when I needed my money and requested a withdrawal, everything came to a standstill. I came across several others on Trustpilot facing the same issue. I've worked with various brokers before, but never have I encountered such unacceptable delays. MBFX has truly dropped the ball, providing a woefully pathetic customer experience. I have all the necessary documentation ready, should any representative from the company require it. (It seems that the positive reviews on the website that links to Trustpilot might not be genuine. If you're considering using this service, please be careful and take a close look at these reviews. Many users, including myself, have had serious issues, which makes it hard to trust the overwhelming positive feedback. This raises big concerns about whether those reviews are real and honest.)

This review is basically to point out the poor customer service. My experience was very bad and i encountered too many problems ultimately leading a big loss on my end, In direct contrast to my head-er which is a major upgrade on this.

Worst broker ever..... I have been waiting for my withdrawal since 5 July now which should have been approved within 1-3 business days but its still in the pending section. They don't even bother to reply to the support tickets. I have come across other people complaining about the withdrawals as well. MBFX is not giving anyones money back. Will come back to update if anything changes. Its been more then a month now. If anyone is thinking to join this broker Please stay away or you guys will regret.
Man I put in for withdrawals last Monday, and I ain't still seen a dime. My account manager and live chat support have ghosted me, no replies, nothing . Stay away from this broker. I should have been making big bag with Ficoshares. Been rolling with them for over six months, and they're the real deal . Payouts come through fast as hell, and their live chat support are on point. Don't waste your time with these clowns, get with the pros that actually delivers.
