LuxeQuant customer reviews

Summary
A few users reported rapid, large-looking gains (some saying their deposits doubled or showing five-figure returns), but the dominant pattern is that once an account accumulated value the broker (named by one reviewer as LuxeQuant) demanded undisclosed “custodial” or “fund custody” fees—amounts cited ranged from about $1,600 to $4,550—and then asked for additional fees or froze accounts after the initial payment. Several people who paid did not get withdrawals, had accounts locked or deleted, and received no useful customer support or contact options; deposits were often required in crypto, which reviewers flagged as a major red flag. Other complaints describe the app as producing fake or random earnings, and overall reviewers strongly warn that the operation behaves like a scam and advise against sending funds or attempting to withdraw.

They are another scam. Your investment builds up to a nice amount of money. You have to pay a custody fee, which they don’t tell you about upfront, before you can withdraw your money. Another rip off. I did not put very much in, because I thought this might happen.

Well I never thought I would have to quote a negative review until now. So I did all of this before I did any research. I know not a good idea. But I sent them just less than 1k. The app doesn't appear to be anything more than a random number generator that varies it's earning number from 1 to 3 dollars per half hour. They would only accept crypto for the deposit, red flag. There were so many red flags that I totally missed. This site is 100% scam. So I deposited my money, then overnight I decided I can't do this so I asked the rep that I was chatting with on messenger, she said she would help me. She said I needed to contact support to turn the ai off so I could remove money. I contacted support and they turned the "ai" off, then I setup the transfer to remove the initial deposit only(my money) I left all the supposed gains in the account. About 20 minutes later when I tried to check the account, they locked out or deleted my information and would not let me access anything. Customer support and the person I was chatting with and answering my questions went silent no response nothing from their side. There is no contact numbers or anyway to get ahold of anyone. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR APP EVER IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. NEVER SEND THEM CRYPTO BECAUSE YOU'LL NEVER HAVE THE MONEY YOU SENT AGAIN.

After my initial investment they told me had to pay a fund custody fee that they never talked about in the beginning. I paid $4,550 toward that fund custody fee once that was paid they said I still owed another $1,600. I refuse to pay it's a scam that's all they are the total absolute scam

I got involved with LuxeQuant several weeks ago. I gave them $500.00 to begin trading. Trades were quite successful earning me $28,142 over several weeks. When I tried to withdraw my money, I was told I needed to pay a custodial fee of $2150.00 and they would send me my funds immediately after that. I did...they did not. Instead they came back saying that I would have to pay an additional $1950 to unfreeze my account. They said once I paid the initial $2150 they would send forward my funds but instead came back asking for more money... If that isn't a scam, in my opinion. I don't know what is. Personally, I wouldn't trust them with another nickel of my money...+/- $2600 is enough of a loss... And I agree with previous poster, if I could give them zero as a review...I would too...
