I had a problem with a fund deposit , i made two payments and none of them entered in my account as usual, i didn’t got an confirmation e-mail, or a successful payment info after i confirmed. I wrote an e-mail to support team , this was this morning at 3 am Romanian timezone, and i got an e-mail at around 14 Pm from Mia for more information about the payment and after few hours i got my funds in the deposit , the response was very quick , professional and at its best , thanks again to Mia and for the support team aswell the technical team for the best quality support. Lqh is very lier broker I ever seen. my student open account using my link and he try to trade the 1st deposit is 10$ and he opens a standard account they said standard account haven't a commission but it has when I talk customer support they said standard account hasn't been a commission then they ignore and aslo i didn't get a commission even my student account equity says -25$ the commission was 35$ his equity were 10$ but open position I didn't see this type of theif broker please I swear to God don't use this broker. Surprisingly Alex G promotes for their so 100% scamer and also support teams doesn't reply properly when u talk about something they try to cheat

I had a very bad experience with LQH Markets. My account was permanently terminated and my funds blocked, accused of using “Latency Arbitrage algorithms.” The problem is that I never used any EA, bot, VPS, or automated trading system. All my trades were manual, and I simply entered multiple positions and used normal risk management like partial close and holding trades to TP or SL. Latency arbitrage is a high-frequency automated strategy that requires special infrastructure. Manual mobile trading cannot realistically do this, yet they used it as a reason to close my account and deny withdrawals. They did not provide detailed evidence of wrongdoing, just a generic accusation and a final decision with no appeal. This raises serious concerns about how they handle profitable traders. I strongly warn other traders to be careful. If you are profitable, you may be flagged and your funds may be withheld under vague terms. I would not recommend trusting this broker with serious money.

This Broker scammed, you get crazy commissions and when u hold trades over night u just get kicket out of the trade when ur trade is not even half way into ur stop loss, I made monay but then I lost everything because of them getting me out of the trade! Be very carefull of ur choice because u can be the next, of course I got proof of everything but when contacting then they make up something and don't answer anymore! As an example I was inside GBP/CAD (20 January 00:35am) My stop loss is at 1.86477 and they just pulled me out of the trade!!!! and they did this several times!

My trading account was liquidated via stop-out due to a margin drop allegedly caused by spread. After extensive correspondence, LQH Markets confirmed in writing that they cannot provide bid/ask tick data, exact spread values, or verifiable execution evidence at the moment of liquidation. Without this data, the liquidation cannot be independently verified or proven to be caused by genuine market price action rather than internal pricing conditions. Despite multiple formal requests, the liquidated funds were not restored. This creates a situation where the client bears full financial risk while the broker provides no verifiable execution proof. I am posting this for transparency and trader awareness. UPDATE: The company replied publicly stating that they require my account details. This statement is misleading. All required information (account ID, liquidated trade IDs, email, and full correspondence) has already been provided multiple times via email. More importantly: LQH Markets has confirmed in writing that they CANNOT provide bid/ask tick data or exact spread values at the moment of liquidation. Without this data, the liquidation cannot be independently verified. Funds remain unrestored.

This has been the best support team experience I’ve ever had in the forex industry. They were fast, efficient, and provided truly personalized assistance. I definitely do not suggest them. I used them and experienced damages. My funds were removed without justification and were not refunded. I worked with unprofessional people whose main purpose was to make money at any cost. I refused to let my money go and filed a law.suit. I got my money back a few days later.

7One of the worst broker ever, closing my positions without even hitting the stop loss, total joke. I contacted support and all they can say is “our technical support team will respond” like ok?? and that may take couple of hours while my money already gone. No explanation no help no responsibility just excuses, very unprofessional and unacceptable service, stay away.

Instant investment and fast crypto withdrawal features are nice, but regulations are holding me back. It's nice that we can verify our identity with SumSub, and that's important for a new company.And the AI-generated images on the Instagram account create bad imagery.

Suddenly my account could not be opened, and the cabinet could not be opened either... then I opened my email and there was an account termination notice... even though I did not use the abitrace system that they accused me of... every day they send a statement for account 816909 in the name of Muhamat Tofan Effendy and if there is no complaint then the statement is considered valid then the email is difficult to contact then how can I resolve the problem of my money that has already been entered bring my money back!!
