Review of Loyal Primus: I had my trading account closed due to alleged ‘unusual and suspicious trading activity’ that the broker claims violated their policies. The decision was immediate and final, with no appeal option. Refunds are limited to the total deposit amount, but I have not been refunded my deposit. No further compensation is offered for withdrawals already made. The process lacked transparency and customer support was non‑existent. I would advise potential clients to exercise caution and thoroughly review terms before engaging with Loyal Primus I no longer have access to the accounts and website as well there's no way I can open a ticket because it requires access first into the profile to do that.
