They use very dodgy marketing methods. I would strongly recommend anyone to do their due dilligence with this company and probably use another broker. (If you need to use a broker at all)

I have been using Lotas Capital for a few days, and I have some positive and negative experiences to share. On the positive side, their customer support has been very attentive and helpful. Additionally, they provided some good buy and sell signals during these two days. However, there are significant drawbacks. Their deposit process is not automated, meaning that after making a deposit, you need to contact support to inform them. They justify this by claiming it’s for enhanced security, but many brokers now offer automatic deposits, so it feels outdated. On top of that, if you deposit $100, around 8 cents is deducted as a commission, and you can't withdraw your funds if you have less than $100 in your account. I used MetaTrader 5 and faced relatively higher spreads on gold along with significant slippage. Overall, there are definitely better options available than this broker.

Lotas Capital is the best broker. I recommend it to everyone. This is probably the only reliable one Payments are very fast. If there is a question, it is not a problem, I always get answers to my questions I am very satisfied.
