I first invested with London Trading Index Investments two years ago and received my first annual payout after my cycle ended exactly as expected. This year, I was due for my second payout, but there’s been a slight delay due to some internal issues on their end. That said, I want to make it clear - this doesn’t worry me at all. The LTI team has been transparent, communicative, and reassuring. They’ve explained the situation thoroughly and emphasized that it’s business as usual, and I’ll receive my payout in the coming months. Given how they handled everything last year and how professional they continue to be, my confidence in them remains 100% intact. Unforeseen circumstances happen but how a company responds is what really matters in the long term.
I’ve been with LTI Investments for about three years now and invested alongside my father. Both of us received our first payouts on time after completing our initial one year cycle. We had requested a payout once again this time, but unfortunately they recently experienced some issues with their liquidity provider. To their credit, they were very transparent about it, explained the situation and laid out the process moving forward. After a few months of this issue, my father did receive his full payout, which was reassuring. I’m still waiting on mine, but I understand these delays aren’t entirely within LTI’s control. I trust them to handle it with the same professionalism they’ve shown so far and am confident everything will be resolved soon.
Unfortunately, my advice would be to steer clear. I initially invested with West Water several years ago, back when they operated under the name George Mortimer. I knew Alex and Matt personally, and at the time, the returns they offered seemed promising. I did receive one payout a couple of years back, though it required persistent follow-ups with their broker, London Trading Index. This review, however, is based on my most recent experience. I requested to withdraw my funds to put towards purchasing a house, but was informed by Matt that it could take 12 to 18 months due to an issue with their liquidity provider. During this period, my funds will earn no interest, and neither West Water nor London Trading Index are offering any form of compensation. Essentially, my money is stuck in limbo, and no one seems to be taking accountability. I had previously recommended this company to many people, including my father who now has a significant amount invested. I feel genuinely let down. The responses I’ve received so far have been vague and unhelpful, offering no clear timeline for when I’ll get my money back. In light of this, I strongly advise others to avoid getting involved.

Had some money in high yield savings account with Barclays but the returns were honestly poor when taking inflation into account. Was shown LTI by a friend of mine who had been investing with them for a while. Thought I'd give it a go and it's been smooth sailing ever since I've started. The communication is excellent and I've now moved all of the money from my savings account to LTI and am receiving much higher returns per annum. The best part is that they also offer islamic investments which some of my muslim friends were happy about when I showed them.

As a client of West Water Associates (WWA), the past six months have been incredibly worrying, stressful, and concerning due to the delays associated with withdrawals. Having referred many family members and friends to WWA, who ultimately use LTI services, I feel a significant responsibility for their portfolios as well. the team at WWA has always been very accommodating and comforting with previous withdrawals. However, this particular withdrawal and its delay raised massive concerns for me, leading to questions about the authenticity of the associated parties. It wasn't until I spoke directly with LTI, and Ash more specifically, that I felt relief and confidence in the current circumstances. I also gained assurance that the interests of both WWA and LTI were entirely aligned with their clients' concerns. Having both firms on hand 24/7 is incredibly comforting and has given me immense appreciation for the hard work and perseverance they continue to demonstrate.
No money deposited, been 17month, breach of contract None of my profits have been returned to me or my original investment. I'm not the only one, we have a circle of people and if you're facing the same thing then email me and join our case against WWA and LTI so we can join together and fight them legally so we can receive our money 1 way or another. Let's show them that we are not alone and we will not just stand there and take their alleged excuses.
I have SIGNIFICANT concerns about this company who are not Regulated by the FCA, who have now put up a warning on their website advising people to "steer clear and beware of scams!". If you too have concerns and havent been able to get your investment monies back for MONTHS then please contact me! Ps. This post got flagged by LTI as “advertising” and they wanted it removed! Unbelievable. I am not advertising, promoting or selling anything- I just know a number of people who havent been able to get their investments back so my concerns are based on personal experience !
Returns wise, I have been with LTI for the last couple of years and they have consistently achieved above market rates, even when the market conditions were not favourable. They are trustworthy professionals. You can't really fault client services, they respond within a reasonable time frame, most of the time, within 24 hours. Every week you get your statement and an email briefing you about major events impacting market conditions and trading results. Only hiccup I personally experienced was delayed payout sometime last year, but they said it was due to conditions outside of their control. At the time, I felt communication could have been better. But since, every single payout was processed in a more timely manner. Finally, I would like to thank Ayshaan and his team at LTI for their hardwork in achieving commendable returns.
