LiteGraphs customer reviews

Summary
Many reviewers allege LiteGraphs is a fraudulent trading platform: users report being unable to withdraw funds, being repeatedly asked to pay large additional fees (examples cited include $16,700, £3,000 and smaller registration/top-up demands), and being pressured to keep depositing after losses until accounts were emptied. Complaints describe aggressive, persistent cold-calling from multiple spoofed numbers, alleged sale of personal details, harassment and blackmail tactics, and evasive or rude support agents who refuse to process withdrawals. Several reviewers note suspicious online behaviour such as fake 5-star reviews, an apparently bogus company address, scammy ads, and media exposés (Daily Telegraph cited). Victims say attempts at chargebacks and complaints to banks or the Financial Ombudsman were unsuccessful, and some were advised by police and crypto-fraud lawyers that funds are likely unrecoverable; a few reviewers mention third-party recovery firms reportedly helped them. Overall the consensus among these reviews is to avoid the service and treat it as a scam.

This is obviously a fake trading platform that is trying so hard to steal innocents people's money.I was once a victim but aid from grilla-capital put me on the right path and also made sure that I was compensated duly.

I just want to reinforce my earlier review of LiteGraphs and restate that I believe this company to be total scammers. I have been through due process to try to recover the tens of thousands of GBP that they have taken from me through their fake crypto trading platform. I have been through the process of trying to recover funds through Chargeback, to no avail. Because I was duped into telling Revolute bank that I believed I was trading through a legitimate company, they refused all applications to return my lost money. The Financial Ombudsman would not uphold my claim either. I have been advised by the UK police and a firm of solicitors, with expertise in crypto fraud, that my money is almost certainly in the hands of the LiteGraphs scammers. Any funds showing in my locked crypto wallet and trading account are just scotch mist. Beware of LiteGraphs; beware of adverts appearing in Microsoft Edge Browser, showing Elon Musk promoting crypto trading and don't expect a bank like Revolute to be on your side - if they can pass the blame back onto you, they will. Gabriella,b, "James" and "Peter" from LiteGraphs Finance - enjoy your ill-gotten gains.

Biggest online trading scam I have ever seen.I have lost almost £5000 by relaying on this heartless monsters. They been calling me from different numbers asking to create a crypto wallet to refund me which is another trap.I was lucky enough to stop the trading before loosing the whole fund which made them so angry and frustrated.I am still able to login to my account and see the funds but never be able to get it back because they never accept the withdrawal request.don’t know what to do..Is there anyone out there to help me????

While impressive these people continue to draw people into their scam it's disheartening to see it in action. A 30 second google search shows you'll lose your money and it's just a question of how much you give them before you realize that. My wife had the same process outlined in the numerous reviews but thankfully didn't have the funds to keep feeding them so the loss was minimal. It's a sad statement of humanity that litegraphs exists, don't know how their 'employees' sleep at night. Bad soulless people!! One of the callers even used cancer as a way to bond with her.

Scam, plus there are better companies out there with proper support after I started with these people they started talking to me like I’m stupid and refused to let me withdraw my money so they would call me on different phones numbers 2-5 times a day telling me what to do I explained to them I would like to withdraw my money. They ignore u and never check any proof of ID for withdrawal. So I lost all the money and went -$100 now they calling me saying I owe them what a funny bunch of cowboys .

Three words to describe these people: rude ignorant and incompetent. There is also an element to fraud to it. They have blocked money on my bank account and they are asking for all sorts of documents in order to delay the process. IT'S A SCAMMMM. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Stay well away from these clowns . Just want more money after everytime they do a big loss on your account. There answer to all there mistakes is just put another thousand in and we can save your account. Only to then go and lose that too . Took me for £2400 in a couple of months nothing left now completely emptied my account. They ate rude and ignorant and won't let you speak when you try to argue back . So frustrating. Also you won't ever get a penny out as they just make up a reason why not to at that time . Absolute vermin . Definitely stay well away and keep your money .

They bombard you with phone calls every day and sell your details to other finance companies without permission. 9 phone calls yesterday, all from different numbers so you can't block them, for weeks on end now. All agents I've spoken to have refused or unable to remove my details. One agent said they won't stop calling until you complete the registration, which costs £200, so a bit of blackmail mixed in. Having to get the police involved now for harassment. Avoid them like the plague.

Interesting observations; if this company has been around for 2 years, how come all the reviews are from Jan 2023 onwards? how come all reviews are either 1* or 5*? Call me suspicious but if you believe this company is not a scam you deserve to be defrauded

I don't believe the 5 star reviews. They all tell you about how the platform works but not how to get your money out or back. The Daily Telegraph have exposed this for what it is - avoid at all costs.

It is so obvious that the 5 star reviews have been written by the company themselves - no customer writes reviews using that sort of language. It's a scam, as clearly exposed by the Daily Telegraph toady

Read Katie Morley's article below. She reports for the Daily Telegraph. Read it, digest it then walk away. Anyone can leave a false 5* review.

I don't know what the 5-star reviews below are about but the LiteGraphs organisation I have been dealing with are fraudsters and scammers. I have given them tens of thousands of GBP since mid April and they will not allow me to withdraw funds without paying a further $16,700. They are invisible on the web with what appears to be a fake address in Belgium and support email that just goes straight to the scammers. Be very aware and wary of LiteGraphs.
