BEWARE TRADERS Litefinance is a scam broker, I won't recommend anyone trusting this broker with investment. Do not participate in any Affiliate or referral program with this broker as they will never pay your commission. I made one successful referral with Litefinance, I received $50 referral commission, after making a withdrawal; Litefinance canceled and deducted the $50 referral bonus from my account; they claimed my referral did not have enough trading on their account. Meanwhile, my referral trades more than 1 lot size with 6 positions, all the positions yielded more than 30 points as instructed in the terms and conditions. I strongly disagree with the credibility of this platform, I wont recommend anyone to trade with this broker. They are full of manipulation. 7371175

Myself-coded MT5 EA market-closed one of the open positions that was supposed to gain profit. but instead of gaining profit, the company's server changed close price 8000 points opposite-direction and this caused a 20%-of-the-symbol-balance loss. They insisted that I had used "Closeby" but I always use "Deal" to close positions one by one and not in bulk. Proofs are attached for more careful consideration. please be informed of future possible losses.

LiteFinance executed an unintended XAUUSD SELL order at 18:59 on Nov 12, 2025 due to an abnormal tick that did NOT exist on reputable brokers like FBS. Because LiteFinance’s ASK price was 2–3 USD above the real market, my Take Profit levels never triggered. This caused a full stopout. The same EA running simultaneously on FBS closed all trades in profit. Only LiteFinance opened the extra trade that destroyed the account. I presented tick data, screenshots, logs, and server times. LiteFinance still refused to acknowledge the pricing discrepancy and claimed “EA logic” despite identical settings. Total loss exceeded $22,000, including copy-trade accounts. I am escalating this case to FSC Mauritius, CySEC, and MetaQuotes. Traders, please be careful when using LiteFinance December 10, 2025 my reply to your comment below: Thank you for your public reply. For security reasons, I will not publish my full MT4 account number here. LiteFinance already has my complete account details through our ongoing email exchanges. (Account ending in ***518.) To be clear: I have provided LiteFinance with full documentation, including screenshots, server times, trade logs, and the tick-by-tick comparison between LiteFinance and FBS. Only LiteFinance’s feed generated the unique 18:59:00 tick on Nov 12, 2025, which triggered SELL order #94301316. The exact same EA running simultaneously on FBS did not open any trade at that timestamp, proving the behavior was feed-specific, not EA-specific. LiteFinance’s repeated claim that this tick was “normal” contradicts: The EA logic The cross-broker comparison The absence of this signal across other price feeds The fact that LiteFinance’s price was consistently $2–$3 higher during the disputed period I am still waiting for: A formal investigation report addressing the specific tick at 18:59:00 A complaint reference number, which LiteFinance has not provided A resolution or compensation for a position triggered by a price visible only on LiteFinance I will continue updating this review until LiteFinance provides a clear and fair resolution.

I am writing this review after waiting several weeks for a fair resolution from LiteFinance. On 13 October 2025, the XAUUSD chart on LiteFinance’s MT5 platform stopped updating completely between 01:06–01:10 server time. During this period: • No candles were formed • No price movement was shown • My P/L and charts were frozen • I was unable to close or manage any of my 437 positions As soon as the platform “unfroze,” all my trades were stopped out simultaneously, resulting in a total loss of $153,400. 📌 Important fact: LiteFinance initially admitted the issue and wrote in an official email: “We are actively addressing this situation and will provide a resolution shortly.” But shortly after, they reversed their position and denied everything, despite me providing: ✔ Full MT5 screenshots ✔ The missing-candle period ✔ Proof of simultaneous closures ✔ My MT5 logs ✔ Evidence of external market movement they failed to show 📌 Red flag: LiteFinance keeps insisting “no malfunction” occurred, yet cannot explain: • Why the chart showed no candles for several minutes • Why the server froze during opening • Why all trades closed in one second • Why they first accepted the issue and then denied responsibility This is a serious Market Data Failure, and no professional broker can justify this behavior. My complaint is now escalated to regulators and multiple oversight bodies. I am sharing this publicly so other traders are aware of the risks. Title: Delayed Commission Payments and Unnecessary Difficulties for IBs Review: I am not satisfied with how the company handles commission payments for IBs. I have fully met all the requirements: bringing in a new client, ensuring the client traded enough lots, completed enough orders, and stayed active for the required time. However, when the commission was supposed to be paid, the company started making excuses, claiming the client was "not genuine," even though all information was clear and valid. The commission has been delayed multiple times, which makes it hard to trust the process. If the company sets conditions, it should honor them instead of changing criteria or creating obstacles when it's time to pay. IBs work seriously and deserve timely and fair compensation. I hope the company improves its process—transparent, consistent, and true to its commitments. Otherwise, it will be difficult to continue long-term cooperation.

I have been a client of LiteFinance for some time and initially had a satisfactory experience. My deposits and withdrawals through my verified credit card were processed without any issues in the past. However, beginning around October 2025, I encountered difficulties when attempting to withdraw funds to the same verified credit card. The system no longer allows me to proceed, even though I made all my deposits through this same channel and have strictly adhered to the company’s withdrawal policy, which requires using the same method for both deposits and withdrawals. I have contacted LiteFinance’s support team several times regarding this issue. While I appreciate their responses, the explanations provided so far have been unclear and have not resolved the problem. They try to avoid answering my question which has caused unnecessary delays. Below are few email respond from Lite Finance Team User: I am unable to withdraw funds from my trading account (1763513) to my credit card. My credit card has already been approved, and I have successfully made several withdrawals in the past. However, the system now displays the following message:“Make a deposit to activate the wallet or contact the client support team.” I understand the withdrawal policy that requires funds to be withdrawn to the same source they were deposited from. However, I don’t understand why I am being asked to make another deposit in order to withdraw my existing funds. Could you please clarify this requirement and assist in resolving the withdrawal issue? A picture is attached in this email. Thank you for your support. Reply from Lite Finance Team: Dear client! Please be advise that your last withdrawal was cancelled because you have to withdraw via your bank card. I am not sure why you need to make deposit via card, the card is already verified. You all rejected my local bank withdraw request many time. Despite following the company’s stated policy — that withdrawals must use the same method as deposits — I was repeatedly asked to provide the same documents and information over and over again. It seems that different departments are not properly coordinating with each other, which causes unnecessary delays and confusion. It shouldn’t be this difficult for a verified client to withdraw funds or to receive a clear explanation of the proper withdrawal method. Consistency and professionalism are expected from a financial service provider, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience so far.

Even during the US interest rate news, you had no spillage or delay in opening and closing positions, and the spread distance was unchanged. Can’t withdraw to another card even though our own card Update : My account number 1806649, my previous debit card blocked by bank due to change to new card. And i can't make a withdrawal. It should be okay as long as it's verified and also my name on it. Why should provide a prove that previous card inactive. Doesn't make any sense.
