Summary
Reviews of LiteFinance are sharply divided. Many traders from Myanmar complain that withdrawals have been blocked for several months, with no official explanation or working alternative methods provided. Several users accuse the company of theft, market manipulation, platform freezing, and poor customer support, claiming that trades were closed incorrectly or stop losses ignored. Some provide detailed accounts with evidence and express intentions to contact regulators. Others criticize high spreads, technical glitches, and lack of transparency. However, a smaller group of clients report positive experiences, praising the broker’s responsive support, transparency, and efficient platform, calling it professional and reliable. Overall, the majority of feedback centers on serious withdrawal and trust issues, particularly in Myanmar.

Can’t withdraw to another card even though our own card Update : My account number 1806649, my previous debit card blocked by bank due to change to new card. And i can't make a withdrawal. It should be okay as long as it's verified and also my name on it. Why should provide a prove that previous card inactive. Doesn't make any sense.

On October 10, 2025 (22:19 GMT+1), my BTCUSD positions were closed on LiteFinance when their chart printed an abnormal low around 102,300 USD. At the same moment, Binance Spot, which they claim as their liquidity provider, also showed a low near 102,000 USD, but other brokers (Exness, Coinbase, Bitstamp, etc.) showed prices between 108,000 and 110,000 USD — and my same BTC positions remain open on Exness to this day, while in liefinance my account was blown up. LiteFinance refused to review the case further, stating that “each broker may have its own liquidity provider,” even though they confirmed their provider is Binance — which makes this discrepancy even more questionable. I have all screenshots, timestamps, and correspondence proving the difference in market data and the lack of transparent resolution. I intend to take formal procedures regarding this incident, including: Requesting official confirmation from Binance about the liquidity feed used by LiteFinance at that time, Submitting a formal complaint through financial oversight and reputation-monitoring channels, and Sharing this case publicly on trading transparency forums (ForexPeaceArmy, Reddit, etc.) to protect other traders. I remain open to resolving this amicably if LiteFinance reconsiders its position or offers a goodwill adjustment.

As a client of LiteFinance and want to share my experience to warn other traders. On 12/10/25, the platform froze multiple times right after the Gold market opened. During this time, I couldn’t place my Stop Loss on my positions opended one min ago, which caused me to lose my balance To prove the issue was with their platform and not the market, I recorded a video showing that other brokers, including Tridinvio, were operating normally while LiteFinance repeatedly paused. I immediately contacted: LiteFinance support (multiple emails and services) Regulators: AMF (France) and FSC (Mauritius ) Despite this, I have not received any response or compensation.

I had an open trade and LiteFinance closed my stop loss 70 pips away from the level I had set. As a result, my entire account was automatically wiped out. I contacted their support, but they never responded. This is not just poor service — this is clear theft. A broker that manipulates trades and ignores clients’ complaints cannot be trusted. Be careful, traders. Don’t put your money here unless you want to see it disappear the same way mine did.

LiteFinance is not allowing withdrawals of deposited funds for customers in Myanmar. The local representative office has not taken responsibility for addressing the issue. Although the matter was escalated to LiteFinance Global, no satisfactory resolution has been provided.

LiteFinance used to be reliable, but now it has completely failed me. I requested a withdrawal, and until now, nothing has been processed. They don’t give clear answers and ignore customers. This is very disappointing and makes me lose all trust in their service. I strongly warn others to be cautious.”

I want to know how Myanmar traders can withdraw their funds. We have not been able to withdraw for a long time already, and LiteFinance has taken no responsibility at all. I think you should take full responsibility. Why is it that depositing works but withdrawing does not? Please give us a clear explanation.
