Review of documents takes much too long. I signed up Thursday last week (4 days ago) but still cannot trade. Other platforms use automated system to be validated within a couple of hours.
Zent ri coups came to my rescue, and I was able to get my funds back.

🌟🌟🌟🌟☆ I’m overall satisfied with Libertex. The platform is well-structured and easy to use. It's quite user-friendly when it comes to managing positions — for example, it automatically prevents trades from going below -50%, which can be both helpful and a bit limiting. I personally wish it allowed just a bit more flexibility to recover certain trades. The customer support is responsive and helpful, usually replying within a few days. I've now reached VIP level after trading over €10,000, and I'm glad to receive occasional free training sessions and materials to help improve my trading skills — a great bonus! 🎓📈 The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I once experienced a technical issue where I couldn't close a position, despite trying in the app. Support claimed there was no issue, but I ended up losing around €75. It didn’t happen often, but even once is worth mentioning. Still, a great app for trading and investing — recommended! 👍

I deposited funds into my account using Bitcoin under the impression that withdrawals would also be available in crypto. However, when attempting to withdraw, I discovered that the Bitcoin option is not available on the withdrawal page—it only appears for deposits. I attempted to use a bank withdrawal instead, but that was rejected, and I was instructed to use crypto, which still does not appear as an option. I have contacted support multiple times, but they continue to insist that the Bitcoin withdrawal option should be visible on the platform, which it is not. This has left me unable to access my funds. I have used this broker in the past without such issues, but the current situation raises serious concerns about transparency and credibility. I urgently request that this matter be resolved immediately and that my funds be made available for withdrawal without further delay.
Very good broker, easy to use. A big thank you to Aurore, my Libertex private advisor. She answered my questions quickly and was very friendly. Much better than the robots offered on other platforms.
Amazing platform
It was good at the beginning for options trading but you can’t even buy them now when the market moves or after important data comes out because the price is “absent”

Don't really believe any good comments. It is a SCAM! I looked up the reviews too late. Sending them money is quick and easy, but you will never get it back. They want endless amount of documents from you, sometimes they cannot send you money, cause of the technical issue. Just be prepared to never see the money you sent them. Worst experience ever, I can't believe they weren't banned.

I liked the base trainings which have been removed. The app looks neat, (sub)categories divided clearly.
Started to earn money and they closed me without any appropriate explanation. Account 2805611515. They wrote: "Please be informed that in accordance with the Agreement and in particular 23.1 and 23 (2)(a), the Company reserves the right to terminate the business relationship immediately without prior notice." So, they can close you for any reason, even if you have an open position. For a company representative: If you need new clients and keep your current clients you should also keep profitable traders, its part of your business or you are just an another kitchen, who have all trades within a company.
You are bit late to give opportunity to make profit
Really poor menu, leverage, nothing to analyse. Most important, you as client are always under the table 😁 contrary to this broker because they spread you 200 plus 0,1 fee... When taking position. Just on time spread is often 500 not on your site... In comparison to other service providers That is pure evil... They have speciall program uploaded.... 😉. So fee 0,1 is total fiction. You are paying many times more at every step... Everything under- or overstated for their profit. Libertex is hungry for clients money. False promises of bonuses They assign you a financial advisor, everything is fine until they tell you that for depositing they will give you bonuses and that you can continue working with them. In my case, they promised me $5000 for depositing the same amount… to make a long story short, they never give you the bonuses they promise you. Don't believe that!
Today is the third day that my withdrawal has been pending and nothing is being done. There are no communications coming from anywhere. I am very unsatisfied with the service here when I get better service from Solic. Account will be closed as soon as i am able to take out my fund
