Anyone else not able to withdraw their funds? I keep getting 'legal action taking place, we can process your withdrawal' type response. I don't trust them. Consumer watchdog programme contacted to see what can be done.
The broker will not let you withdraw funds. Telling customers that they can not transfer funds to the bank due to technical reasons is fine and then you try "the other way". Tik tak... time goes. Instead of saying "sorry, you can not get your money", they stall time and let you know once per year. "Funds are on the way". No one takes any legal action on this.
REFUND BACK got all withdrawal access covered.
I made withdrawal request around 25 days ago. They mailed me to settled my fund within 5 to 7 working days but still they don’t reply my mail and back my fund, and their website mentioned instant withdrawal. Totally scam broker. I have prove copy of email. Please everyone don’t wast your hard earned money to put in this broker. If possible all are requesting to set complain against them. Very bad this broker and their trading system.

They stole my deposit. After trading for a few days, I decided to make a deposit from my account, and it's been over two weeks, and they haven't processed my withdrawal. I contacted them by email, and they replied that they would return my money in a few days. It's been over a week since then, and they still haven't given me my money. They're scammers. Be careful. I don't recommend them. I'm still waiting for a response.
Happy that support reached out last week, however the payout seems to be stalling. No communication and updates on why it takes longer than the 1-5 days process time to withdraw.
Do not use this company I put £600 in my account then did not use it went to withdraw they said would take 2-3weeks this was 6weeks ago now can’t get a reply from anyone total scam absolutely fuming 😡 I don’t know how these companies can rob us and just get away with it unbelievable 😡
Scam, I have tried to make a withdrawal on my account 65331 but it is always rejected, customer service always says it will be processed by accounting but my withdrawal is always rejected. I have tried to withdraw dozens of times but the result is the same never processed.

I’ve tried to make multiple withdrawals over the past month, nothing. I’ve emailed support on each occasion and they haven’t even got the decency to reply. Extremely frustrated and annoyed customer. I’m beginning to think this is yet another scam company!!
Fraud company take money but don't give u withdrawals i can show proof purposely with holding withdrawals I think there going bank rupt so can't pay anyone.

FX Levels Is a Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! — Withheld My $5,580 Withdrawal and Ignored My KYC!!!!!!!! I am fully available and prepared to work with the TrustPilot support team, including through legal channels, to proceed with my review and provide all necessary evidence!! I have been trading with FX Levels for a while, and after making a $5,580 profit, I submitted all the necessary KYC documents as per their instructions. Despite providing all requested documentation, including an updated address statement, they deliberately avoided processing my withdrawal and kept delaying with vague excuses. Their reasoning for rejecting my withdrawal was an absurd claim that the utility bill was under my father's name. Even though I have not provded a bill. Here’s the issue: I was allowed to deposit funds and trade without any issues or questions about the utility bill, or KYC anyway. I completed all KYC requirements in good faith. I met their criteria for withdrawal, and yet they still refused to process the withdrawal after I made a significant profit. This is a clear case of fraud. FX Levels is unregulated and non-compliant with legitimate financial practices. They use KYC as a tool to delay or avoid payouts after clients make a profit. I will proceed with reporting their fraudulent activities to GoDaddy (their domain registrar) and Cloudflare (their hosting provider), and I will be publishing this review, along with my documented experience, across multiple platforms to ensure that others are not scammed by them. If you’re reading this review, do not trade with FX Levels — they will take your money and make excuses to withhold your funds when you need them most. This is just a quick review. I'll proceed with the rest.
