Summary
Multiple reviewers allege Kwakol Markets operates as a fraudulent broker: customers report blocked accounts and repeated refusal to process withdrawals (cases cited from weeks to over a year, amounts mentioned include $590, $2,298 and losses up to $30,000), ignored emails and unresponsive or unhelpful support, and suggestions to pay additional sums or hidden fees to recover funds. Many describe alleged trade manipulation and platform “glitches” that trigger stop losses or turn winning positions into losses, removal of credited bonuses if clients don’t deposit, pressure to invest more to recover losses, and accusations that account managers or staff embezzled funds. Some users say competition payouts are shown as active on dashboards but winners are not paid, and others report the company appears to have shut down. A few comments note the broker offers multiple trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and that the platforms can be suitable for various strategies, though certain assets like crypto may be unavailable on MT4. A very small number of reviewers mentioned alternatives or third parties (one cited Avex:Bridge) that helped later, but the overwhelming sentiment is to avoid the company due to high risk of lost funds, poor support and alleged fraudulent behavior.

Following their advice caused major losses, but Avex:Bridge later helped bring things back

Don't believe kwakol markets and their promises for returns which will never happen. They are not fit to give not even a single star. Never get into their trap. They manipulate the investment whenever it is a positive side and make your investment negative. I don't know how the international governments are not banning such fraudulent companies. I appeal to all the new investors not to invest as I lost nearly 30000+ USD and related profits and now I am on huge debt which I have to clear in the next 3-4 years. I joined investmnet in Dec 2022 and till March 31st 24 I made the losses as given above. They never interacted till Aug 2024 and then presurrising me to invest more for recovery of losses when I refused they closed my accounts (two accounts) and no data of my investment I can see now. I can't understand how the money invested gets negative. No where in the world broking company would be like this. Hence please do not invest and loose your hard earned money

No further contact with Kwakol Markets since they stole our money and left us in debt. I feel disgusted that people can do this, to stoop so low, it leaves one to question one's common humanity! They still have a chance to refund our money but it's looking unlikely. Please be careful with this company.

Stay off! They are con men who will go to any extent to steal all your hard earned money. They suggested I take a loan or sell my boat when I ran out of money to pay the outrageous hidden fees. Instead I recommend beyond standard. They are transparent and their withdrawal is stress free to my knowledge, made it easier for me to get back on my feet again.

They are frauds. They will lure for depositing money by giving fake assurances and also credit your account by giving bonuses. If you don't deposit money they will take away the bonus amount. Them start manipulating your account by changing the trades so that all the money is lost. You will not be able to withdraw your money

Kwakol is a fraud company. I had started my trading in First week of September with A/C no 541592 in the name of Agya Singh Thind from Punjab. I had applied for refunds many times but rejected on grounds not known to me. Now I have stopped trading at my trading balance of 2298.31 USD and applied for refund of 2298 USD on 5.12.2024 but with no reply or refund as on today ie 12.12.2024.

I have been dealing with Kwakol Markets for the last 8 months, and my experience has been nothing short of a complete scam. This company is cheating people in the name of forex trading, and I want to warn others about their fraudulent practices. Account Blocked for 8 Months: After months of trading, when I tried to withdraw my funds, they blocked my account. It has been 8 months, and despite repeated requests and follow-ups, they have refused to refund my money. This is not just unprofessional; it's outright theft. Fraudulent Trading Practices: Kwakol Markets manipulates trades in a way that ensures clients lose money. The platform conveniently "glitches" when trades are going in your favor, and they use various tactics to trigger stop losses and manipulate prices. This isn’t genuine forex trading—it’s a rigged system designed to steal your funds. No Refunds, Only Excuses: Every time I ask for my money back, I get vague responses or excuses about "technical issues." It’s clear they have no intention of refunding the money. This is a deliberate strategy to delay and frustrate clients until they give up. They are cheaters who are simply holding onto my funds without any valid reason. Non-Existent Customer Support: Their customer service is a joke. Emails are ignored, and phone calls are either not answered or handled by agents who provide no real help. It's impossible to get a straight answer about the status of my refund or why my account was blocked in the first place. Avoid Kwakol Markets at All Costs: Kwakol Markets is a scam. They lure you in with false promises of profitable trading, but once they have your money, they block accounts, manipulate trades, and refuse to process withdrawals. I’m in the process of taking legal action to get my money back, but I urge anyone reading this to stay far away from them. In conclusion, Kwakol Markets are cheaters and fraudsters. They are not just mishandling funds; they are deliberately scamming people out of their money. If you value your time and money, avoid this company completely.

One of the features of Kwakol Markets is that this broker provides several trading platforms to its clients. And of course, this feature has both advantages and disadvantages. Here are few disadvantages, and I can name, for example, that some assets are not available on Metatrader 4 platform. For trading cryptocurrencies, for example, I should use MT5. Everything else that I can say about the choice of trading platforms is only positive. Each of platforms has advantages and is suitable for any trading strategies. As a client of this broker, I can use any trading ideas👍👍👍
