Have been with them for a few years , always had trouble withdrawing . And for a second time my account has frozen and my MetaTrader account has now failed. I have been trying to to contact kumomarkets but the site is down and customer service do not reply .
I have traded with KumoMarkets for couple of months and it was all good. But 10 days ago I have asked for a withdrawal that took 3 days to get approved which is fine. But the problem is that after the withdrawal was approved, the money never reached my crypto wallet. I asked them what happened and they replied that it takes between 2-5 days for the funds to reach my crypto wallet. Now is the 7th day and the funds didn't reach my crypto wallet. My communication with them was pretty decent all the time, but now it looks like they don't want to pay. I will post here if the funds will finally reach my crypto wallet.

this is a fraudulent broker.. I traded with capital of 1600$, I traded in xauusd currency and got a profit of 4000$, after I got this profit, suddenly I couldn't enter the kumo markets website.. I have sent an email, but it has 3 days no response, to all traders, please stay away from this broker, I have proof of all my transactions,. I will make this problem viral, if it is not resolved immediately by Kumo Markets
I enjoy very much the attention that I received. I am oriented to details and Kumo team made sure every detail I requested was attended or explained me why it couldn't be. Great supporting team, excellent execution and no slippage. I recommend Kumo to all my friends and family as the best broker one can use for trading.
They provide really a great customer service with their customer support. In general a very nice broker with a great variety of tools and posibilities to learn and earn money
They dont have all the pairs to trade, The website crashes many times. They dont answer your emails accordingly, even blanking your questions. Last week the site crashes and even i had few pairs on live trade, it was a hell of a panic for me !!. It takes about 7 days to receive your funds. But overall your money is safe if you are patient enough!!! THIS IS MY HONEST HEART OPINION AND I DONT HAVE NO HATE WITH KUMOMARKET BUT IF THEY ARE GOING TO EXPAND AND SUCCEED THEN MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY BY BEING EFFICIENT AND SERIOUS.

I recently attempted to deposit funds in Kumo markets. While I received the confirmation on the block chain, Kumo markets rejected the deposit. I tried to get the funds returned through Coinbase, but there was nothing they could do to help. I then explained the situation to Juozas, and he and his team found the money and deposited it into my account. Since then I've had a couple of issues with my account (incorrect lot sizes and TP not displaying), however, those issues were corrected once I brought it to their attention. I am very appreciative for their assistance. Thank you kindly and keep up the good work. Greg
