Experience was positive up until payout. Worst thing is I’m on a live account and I’ve not received my initial deposit back yet. I requested a withdrawal on 29th December and after multi emails I was advised they were having issues with their bank. Due to this, I decided to cancel and request the withdrawal on 18th Jan which I’m still waiting for. Kudo support have had the cheek to email the same excuse regarding “issues with their bank”. I’m currently waiting for 2 payouts. I was considering purchasing a funded account with them up until now. I’ve got other live accounts that I’ve received payout in less than 24hours. Literally never known it to be so challenging to get access to funds that belong to you. Come on Kudo - help a girl out and sort this situation out prompto. Thanks

I have tried multiple brokers and Kudo Copy Trader is actually pretty good. I tried to withdraw and it took 3 days to arrive which is pretty good. Just like any bank transfer would take. I will update this review the next time I will do a withdrawal transaction.

Been starting out using kudo trade, the platform and interface looks smooth and easy & beginner friendly, however im trying to reach out to customer service and talk to a human being, it seems very hard to do so, ive reached out total 5 times now & i get no response, unsure of how it is going to play out but so far this is one of the hardest for me to reach out to customer service amongst all brokers ive used thus far, lets see how it goes and hope it will be pleasant experience moving forward

So when you put funds in your account it’s instant but when it come to withdrawing the funds, it can take up a month maybe months, because I’ve put in a withdrawal request on the 19/01/2026 and still haven’t received my money my request number is #647547
The app is easy to use. Customer support responds quickly and helps if you have questions or run into problems. I highly recommend Kudotrade.

I’m still waiting on my withdrawals and it’s now been several weeks with no resolution. I’ve contacted support multiple times by email, but each time I only receive generic or automated responses that don’t actually address my situation or provide any clear update. My account number is 172232 and the withdrawals have been pending since early January. It’s really frustrating because I initially felt confident and positive about using Kudo, but the lack of communication and ongoing delays have seriously damaged that trust. I just want a proper explanation and my funds released, but so far there’s been no meaningful help. Very disappointing experience overall.
Very bad broker avoid them !!!!!!! At first they were very kind and helpful just because I came through Hasse AH trader. when I made the first and and also the third withdrawal there were no problems and they were able to solve it quickly and send all my withdrawals to my bank account the same account that I made the deposit from. at the beginning of Dec I made a big withdrawal and it was 2500 dollars, it went a whole week and I didn't get anything then after three weeks they told me that they have divided 2500 into three parts I don't know why according to their laws and rules not only them but all brokers have the same laws and rules and it is between 3-5 working days. Kudotrader has divided my withdrawal into three parts I got 500 dollars after three weeks. I received the second part on 8 Jan 2026, then the third part, oh, the last part is 1250 dollars, they told me that they have already sent it since 8 Jan but I did not receive anything, I talked to my bank, but the bank could not see anything that was on its way to me. I work with another broker at the same time as I have kudotrader. I made a withdrawal from the other broker on 27-01-2026 and then received the money the next day from this broker, what is most sick is that they say that my bank cannot accept the withdrawal even though the other broker was able to send the money to the same account that kudotrader did. KUDOTRADER is trying to blow in a professional way. I have all the proof, all chats and emails and calls are saved.

I had a really great and easy experience using Kudotrade as a complete beginner. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made the learning process feel far less overwhelming. It was all good experience until I made a withdrawal I been use kudo for couple of weeks, it was all good, low spread, nice and smooth, I made a few profit and I need to use the money for next month, so I made a withdrawal on the 25th of Jan, It's been 6 days now and I've contact their customer service for couple of times, all I got for the reply is "we will try our best to help you, your fund will be processed as soon as possible". I am just wondering it says withdrawal takes about 3-5 working days to process on your own website, why is keep delaying... I really hope the money will reach my bank early next week because I already have plans for this money, also I wouldn't mind to give kudo another go in the future because I have used multiple brokers, to be honest kudo is better compare to most of other brokers, they even have your personal account manager to contact you for trading issues. Still waiting on a withdrawal request to be processed eight days after the request was made (653094). Lots of excuses made. I'd advise people to avoid this broker. Not reliable, service provided is not even close to their stated promise.
I wanted to leave a review to share my withdrawal experience, as I know others may be cautious. I requested a withdrawal of my initial deposit on Tuesday. I received an email from customer support on Wednesday confirming the withdrawal had been processed, and the funds were in my bank account by Friday morning. The withdrawal was made via bank transfer and was completed within the stated timeframe. Communication from customer service was clear and helpful throughout the process. Based on my experience, the withdrawal process worked as explained.

Withdrawal delays and unhelpful support. Other brokers pay out 1-2 days. This company doesn’t honour their terms and doesn’t provide any information on the transfers. I used this broker for while and all was well until you need to withdraw. Very disappointed. Process my withdrawals and I will remove.
