Great firm. They actually pay out— just that it takes time. Too much time unfortunately. And that's the only reason why I won't give them a 5-star rating yet. If they work on that they'll get 5-stars. Trading conditions are great. Trading platform is easy to navigate. If you need to contact support, get on their discord, email support doesn't really work. Discord support is okay👍🏾. I passed both challenges and got paid from this firm, hence the 4-stars. I'm currently trying out the scaled-up account. This is my honest review👍🏾.

It's a scam broker. I pass the both challenge and complete profit target but they don't paid me. And the app kubera pro not working. I think they sold out kyc information in dark web

I participated on their free 1k challenge and I passed both evaluation and funded phase but I didn’t get anything even I couldn’t login to the account. I tried to contact their support team via email but they don’t reply I waisted my time.

Unfair trade practices,First they provide free challenge but after passing they change terms which is if you passed the account and then you have to pay nominal amount, Fraudster and cheater doing malicious practice .

I actually got this account through a free giveaway. The best part is its free. In the beginning, I didn’t take it very seriously, but later I thought — why not give it a proper try? I cleared the first stage and then got the funded account. I even completed the target there too. After finishing my KYC, I requested a withdrawal, which is currently being processed. Hopefully, I’ll receive the payout by tomorrow, and I’ll share it on my Instagram and X. The trading platform is really good. I just feel the customer service could be a bit faster — right now it’s only available through email. I think having a live chat option would make things much better. Be very careful with this brokerage firm. At first glance, it seems trustworthy, but after making withdrawal requests, you discover that they are not reliable. Among the absurd things they do is intentionally deactivate the trading buttons until your account collapses. After my post here, "the CEOs" (look them up) went to great lengths to force me to delete their names, which greatly surprised me. I started investigating thoroughly, and the content I found reveals why they are afraid of having their personal names exposed, but they don't care about the company's name. Research this company, its directors, and their previous companies. NOTE: The company will probably comment that it's a fake review, but the public records are there for anyone who wants to research, and of course, all the evidence gathered is being forwarded to the Attorney General's office for investigation, not only of the company but also of the people involved.

Waste of time After i got funded and met the profit target, they emailed me u will get the next account after 1 business day but they denied both my payout and my next account plus they have very poor customer support i have ever seen, si i dont recommend them, dont waye ur time.

I have been using Kubera Markets and have successfully made payouts before. However, my account was suddenly banned with a vague reason claiming "underage" and "fake KYC data," which is absolutely incorrect. My KYC documents are authentic, and I am well above the required age. This ban happened despite my verified status on Trustpilot, where I am fully KYC approved as well. I attempted to resolve the issue with Kubera Markets support but have yet to receive a satisfactory explanation or resolution, They didn't reply to my email regarding the issue. The sudden removal of my account without proper verification shows a lack of professionalism and trustworthiness. I advise potential users to be cautious and make sure to keep thorough records if they choose to use Kubera Markets.

I have been a client of Kubera Markets for several months, and until recently, I trusted their team and operations. However, I am currently facing a serious issue with my account withdrawal, which has been pending for weeks without resolution. My account holds USD 99,492.40, and despite multiple requests and written communications with Norman (CEO) and my legal counsel, the funds have not yet been released. The company initially acknowledged the amount, but later mentioned a partial payment of only 20K, without any clear justification or timeline for the full settlement. In the meantime, access to trading has been restricted, and my capital remains frozen and exposed to market risk. This situation has caused significant personal and financial stress. I’ve provided Kubera every opportunity to resolve this amicably, even involving my lawyer in direct communication. Unfortunately, as of today, no full payment has been made. I’m posting this review to alert other investors and to encourage Kubera Markets to handle this matter transparently and professionally. Updated Review I initially left a negative review after experiencing difficulties with my payout request. However, I want to provide a fair update on the situation. What happened: I successfully passed Kubera's free 1-phase 1k evaluation and was given a live account. After reaching the profit target, I had trouble requesting my payout - I couldn't locate the withdrawal button and reached out to support multiple times without receiving guidance, which was frustrating. Current status: After posting my initial review, I eventually found the withdrawal button and discovered that KYC verification is required before processing any payouts (which is standard industry practice). I have now submitted my KYC documentation and it's currently being processed. The positives: - Trading conditions and platform functionality have been good - The evaluation process was straightforward - They did honor the free 1k evaluation promotion as promised Areas for improvement: - Support communication needs significant improvement - my initial inquiries went unanswered - The withdrawal process could be more intuitive or better explained upfront I will provide a final update once my KYC is approved and I receive my payout.
