I don’t understand how to make pending orders/ I can’t understand the terminal at all. Maybe it's because I have no experience or the terminal is complicated.
I already have one account with another broker, but I decided to open one here as well. Verification of the user took me 5 minutes and I immediately got down to business, there is nothing to wait. I liked the interface right away, but I was more worried about withdrawing funds. Having earned a small amount, I wanted to withdraw it to my card to make sure that you can work with this broker. And you know, the conclusion was made to me quickly, I can stay here
The broker operate a full STP trading system, with institutional level trading market. No human interventions. I have not noticed chart manipulations too
It has low spread of 1:1, which is what I use. The highest spread is 1:500. It is hard to see a broker that offers such a high spread have a spread that is as low as 1:1. The broker is healthy for risk management practices
The mt4 is fully customisable and it has helped me to create my own personalised trading experience. I prefer to use the dark mode and use colourful line and drawing tools.
There is high order execution. Taking and closing orders average around 5ms
One of the best brokers I have seen in terms of its services. I trade only currency pairs anad make some profit often. News scalping is also possible because there are minimal slippages during news releases. So far, I have been able to set take proifts and stop losses very close to execuion points, there have also been no restriction as to how to make that happen. The difrerence between the ask and bid price are also very close for the ECN and Pro acounts. I was told that robots also works here but I have not tried them out. I hope to get a reliable robot soon.
My former broker accpeted just cryptocurrency as a form of deposit and withdrawal, it is not flexible enough for me. I had to open an account here to be able to use my debit card when I didn't have the cryptocurrency to use as deposit again, I was not willing to change money to cryptocurrency becuse I want to stay away from the crypto market for now. There are different methods that kridex has for transcations aids ease of use. I do not think crtyptourrencies are accepted here but I still prefer having the option of using bankcard or ewallets
The mobile trading version has charting tools, and makes it easy to make technical and fundamental analysis. I trade on my phone (using the mobile platform) sometimes even though there are better trading tools and indicators view on the web metatrader. The broker does not offer strong education tools and so a beginner might not be able to learn how to trade here. The only thing I have noticed is that the demo account is stable enough and can be used to learn the real market condition. Those who know how to trade forex will find the conditions balanced. The broker is healthy for long and short term strategies and those who have not mastered to trade can also use robots. These are the some tips I have found useful in my time of using this broker and I hope this is also useful for someone who care to know what it is like to trade here. Lastly, though the broker has advanced trading tools, they are presented in simple ways. I believe that someone who is new to trading will understand their use and be able to find his ways around them. I have found brokers who have complicated platforms making their use challenging for starters.

The support has guided me with a lot of things. I am not so good with finding my way around when I am doing something new. It was the support team that guided me through how to set up a robot, how to subscribe for VPS and other information that I needed from them.
My former broker was a fraudulent one but I didn't realise it until I opened an account with Kridex, which has better services. The trade execution here is far better and faster than my former broker. My former broker would not grant withdrawal till 3 days and sometimes 4 days after. The chart was usually shaky too. I didn't realise all these issues till I opened an account with Kridex and started to enjoy better services
I combine technical plus fundamental analysis to trade with the broker. Constant news updates make me know what is happening to a particular currency then I start to compare them and check for possible technical analysis that shows a similar result. The broker has these tools complete on its MT4
Even though I use the metatrader 4, I would have preferred it if the broker had meta trader 5 because there are some features on it that are not available on MT4. Or at least the broker could work on having both MT4 and MT5. The MT4 that Kridex provides is okay, it has all necessary tools that I believe a good Mt4 should have. The candlesticks are properly placed and there is no trade manipulation that I have noticed so far. I would also like it if the broker could increase the number of securities it has. It would be better if stocks and cryptocurrencies are also available
The July 2 NFP was crazy. The strategy I have always used didn't work that day. The market moved down alot before going up, making stop loss hunt cut me out in loss. This happens once in a while. NFP is still the major news I look out for, and it has paid me some money. I trade XAUUSD and because of its volatility, I make alot of profit when trade goes well. The stop loss stops me from making much loss when it does not go well.
I have been making profit for a while but I had to go back to using the demo account because I started having losing streaks. This has happened to me before too and what I always do is to go back to the demo and test where I am missing. I know I will be back stronger.
I basically learnt how to trade last year and I have been using the demo and live account together without issues. I have someone who also guides me on trading. I am already saving up to put a bigger deposit into my trading account so as to earn more.

I was able to open an account within minutes. Verification didn't take time; it was also not complicated. So far the trading conditions have been okay. I have not noticed any setback while trading here
