I lost everything to their con, but thanks to av-ex bridges stepping in, repayment wasn’t an issue.
Have nothing to do with this company. They have taken my life savings. I invested because I lost my job as a nurse during the pandemic and was looking to procure some sort of income which they promised would happen. Within a month th it had all gone pear shaped and I was told to invest more to fix it. Almost 4 years later I still dont have my money and I am staring down the barrel of extreme poverty. These people are nothing but scammers. Be warned!
It was a rough experience but luckily the company on my profile does wonders.
These guys will be pleasant until they believe you have nothing left to put in with the 'company', then they will dump you with no communication until the market moves in your favor, then they will start calling and will baffle you with bulling and lies to put you off. With the hope you fail and then they can buy back the account when it stops out with all your capital in their pockets. Sure they will happily offer bonus amounts to support your account while they work on draining your funds until they have everything. The last horrid account manager who I'm sure is satan's spawn tried to tell me I had put nothing into my account and that it was all the 'company's' money -this is after I have already put all the money I have ever had of over 200k usd. He did this to me hours before Trumps tariffs announcement. Then because I wouldn't put more money in, within the same interaction saying he wanted to zero the account -so I said why would I want to put more in if he wanted to close 'my' account that I never put money into 'apparently!!' So Dennis Lima (in email he spells Dannis..) then upped up the swaps and commission so that my 750k account, margin level will dwindle away to nothing and then the company can make money on my three years of work and capital to add to their coffers. And this will happen this week no doubt. Regardless, it being agreed with previous managers that we will level up the credit amount and build to my capital amount, then start again once that was reached. This horrid excuse for a human has taken it upon himself to change the goal post so he can pump out his chest within the company. For his own agenda, along with I didn't want to do what he wanted me to do. They have no shame, they will try to get you to borrow money from friends, family, use your super and even apply for a loan online (which they will help you with!) regardless if you are unemployed and or on a pension. I don't usually like to think bad wishes on people, but my mother use to say God hears everything. So since God can and karma or whatever one believes in.... I hope their deceit and vengefulness is back to on all these people and their families tenfold, I hope they rot from the inside out. For ruining lives for greed. May only God save your vengeful horrid souls. John Copper, Ben Jacobs, Sam, David Zachs, Sean Kean, Jeff Smith, Daniel, and the worst Dennis Lima. God sees and hears everything. These people will drain you for as long as they can, even if it takes years. Bad advice on putting more trades on losing trades. When they start saying things like 'leave your money in account, you're not using it -we'll make more', 'you can have a job here', 'your professional', 'trade more', I'm trying to help you" then they try to seem human and share their fake personal lives with you, which are as fake as their names -so beware! They talk you out withdrawing money. They don't care if they make you sick with all the stress. I have learnt a few things about trading now since starting here and have realized that they claim experience but have none, they like to have you put multiple trades on so they can trade to their advantage. They will set you up to fail. So, they can take everything, your money, your time and your energy. They set me up to put lots of trades on losing trades then offer bonus agreements to drag you out, while they suck any money you have, you 'need to show the company' you're invested. Yes, invested to give them more of innocent believing - naive peoples hard earned money. I was very naive and stupid; I have lost everything. Worse, all the time spent building my account over the years, when I could have actually had a life. I wish I had never dealt with Konohafx.io. There are better companies out there that are actually legitimately regulated. Also, a lot of the reviews that I should have taken heed of on this site are gone... not sure why, but they were right, get out if you can, Take a loss or with whatever you can!
All they wanted is to get into my pocket,kinda realised it late but braniac.click was able to rise to the occasion and eventually bailed me out.
Tried to log into my account - error - it says. I have recently not been active, but now I can't get access. Is it another scam company?!
Trading is a passion. I like the whole idea of analyzing the market and making the proper trade choices. Anna McClain is my assigned account manager and trading with her has been nice. I'd like to say that this firm is very specific with the service they provide for their clients. Each trader is assigned an account manager and phone calls are usually scheduled in advance in an organized manner. If you're looking for a firm that can give you a great trading experience then this firm can be a good shot.
I sacrificed a lot when I first joined this firm, I know that as a beginner that's what I need to do but it doesn't make the situation easier. My account manager Kevin Lambert can't necessarily help me "not loose" which is something many believe to be true. He has the title of account manager, he manages your account in terms of management, he can refer you to relevant trades, or make you aware of a certain market circumstance.. The rest in your hands. I don't blame Kevin for the losses I experienced. In my opinion Kevin has done and continues to do his best in guiding me and showing me the best way to manage my trades.
It's been my first time ever investing with a broker and so far I'm happy. I didn't make millions or something like that, far from that, but I took ownership of my money and I can finally do this myself. KFX's platform is easy to use and my account manager Anthony taught me all the basics. Slowly I gained confidence and I even trade on live events which is super exciting.
I don't know many trading platforms since it's the first one I'm using but so far I'm pleased. The withdrawals can take a bit if you never used crypto before... I didn't understand how crypto wallets work at the beginning but now it's easy and very fast. The trading sessions with Kevin were very informative and I got a lot of education material. The good thing is that I can talk to him directly on whatsapp if I need to consult a trade.
What can I say! Konohafx..6 months of incredible and convincing spill. Trades that went bad and into hedge. It's fine, all is not lost. Just put some more money in. We will walk you through it. We will at least get you back what you put in. More bad trades, it's fine, put some more money in..Brilliant, passed over to the risk team. Again seemed so professional. Its fine, we can salvage your account. We wouldn't waste our time if we didn't think we could. Put more money in, we will use the auto trader, build your account and liquidate. Somehow i found some more money, then finance turned round, sorry we need more money...needed for audit trails, process fees.. day of liquidating. Closed trades under their supervision. Open some more trades to stableize. Oh, you opened too many, 87000usd in debt. It's fine though. Put some more money in, we will do it again. Sadly I did. Needless to say, it never happened. Account wiped out.....I did everything asked of me... During the last week, my so called account showed 6 million usd. I tried calling the help desk. Messagesd John, Jonathan Moore, Paul Duncan, absolutely desperate..Then within 5 days the account was in minus. Of course it couldn't have been real, no legitimate professional company would have let this happen. I have tried to reason with them to give me some money back, as when we went down the liquidation route, I was clearly told the money deposited was not for trading, but for audit trails and administration fees to release the funds to me. This never happened, I wonder what happened to the funds. No correspondence, nothing from them.....completely ignored! I am too ashamed to put the amount I have lost and so ashamed that I so stupidly fell for their massive scam...I am mentally and physically at rock bottom. I have ruined mine and my husbands older years.... I am not sure how I will ever come back from this.... STARS - 1000. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The complete lack of support left me feeling stranded. Save yourself the trouble and avoid depositing anything you're not ready to lose.
Over the years the trading industry has advanced in many ways. from new features you can apply to trades, to having the help of a professional to setting up instant and market orders. There are many that believe the market is difficult territory and they could be right. But using these tools and trading with a firm you can trust and gain knowledge from can change the whole experience. Highly recommend Konoha for all these reasons

Very easy to use platform with useful tools but I liked the low fees the most.
Excellent service I had few problems with the platform that prevented me from trading but thanks to their support service everything was solved in short time.

Do your homework if you're going to invest in an offshore crypto outfit like this. They may be an unlicensed Forex provider with No Regulation. KonohaFX may be based in the notorious offshore domain of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG). They are very slick at taking your money, using it to make money for themselves (and at first you think for you too) but when you decide you want to take some of YOUR MONEY money back out, or even all of it, you won't be able to, and you won't be able to do a thing about it. They might allow you small amounts at first to make you think you're okay, but you aren't. (This is fact, they did this to me personally, no reason for TP to remove my review) They wouldn't give me my money back and continually cancelled my withdrawal requests with no explanation. You have been warned. (Everything I have stated is 100% accurate. Trustpilot please do not take down legitimate reviews like this. It undermines your site) Also, look at positive views, you will find the person posting has 1 review. See this for what it is.
They were supposed to advise me about investments the investment manager was Mike Davies I find myself £13,000 lighter and he didn't have an investment strategy all you ever done was hard sell more money more money if you're going to invest money I would advise you to do it yourself don't thrust these people
Just another scam. Ever have to deal with a benjamin Harris just hang up. All they do I harass you for more money all the time and never do anything they say. They actually put a trade on for me that lost my whole account. Once the realise they can't persuade you they give up.
