First time customer, used them to convert USD from my Canadian USD Savings account to CAD. It was almost impossible to do it on WISE and XE as their process was too complicated to transfer USD. With KFX, it was an absolute pleasure. The setup was intuitive, expectations were accurate, rates were amazing and overall it was a seamless experience. The Customer Service was top notch and I had all my concerns addressed to in short time. I will be using them again. Highly recommend their services. Thank you

I've dealt with Knightsbridge for 10 years and have absolutely nothing bad to say. I've saved thousands of dollars purchasing USD for travel to the US for at least 3 % less than any bank.
Rates are better than banks but difficult to transact, unlike other platforms. One cannot sign into your account and if you are not active, you will have to reapply. Too much work
Important hidden fees. 25 $ fees they don't say you. You will see in the deposit in your account.

Do not go with this company. BIG FAT SCAM. they deducted $10 off from my hard earned money without explanation. Plus told me there was no other deduction but it came back $15 off on top from the bank. so you better off going to your bank than this scammer.

I have used Knightsbridge for many years and have never had a problem. I deal with them on phone when I can but lately in my travels have done all my exchanges in the chat. It is very easy for me to exchange Can dollars but lately I have been selling American dollars. It took a few days to have this done but once it is set up it has been going smoothly. I highly recommend them.
Unbelievably poor onboarding service. They take your info and never respond, even after emailing. Several attachments are uploaded but they seem to be lost in their system. Their emails look very unprofessional, looks to be fraudulent. Will be reporting to Fintrac. Avoid this company.
This company is completely inept at onboarding clients. I am from the US and spend several months per year in Canada. I am trying to exchange from USD to CAD. The sales force must have incentives for frustrating customers and turning away business. This company has a great business concept, and is completely incompetent at execution. I can't wait for another competitor to come along and wipe this company out.
Downloaded for an application on a "presumed" secure server - then started receiving emails from them directly that the passport and bank statements I sent them were not correct and they needed more info. Immediately contacted FINTRAC and advised this company to stop all correspondence. As, all other currency exchanges I deal are more secure, and reputable. AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are better exchange companies, in Canada that are secure and as I'm seeing now better rate.
