I have requested to close my trading account with Juno Markets multiple times via email, but have not received any response. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. In addition, I experienced unauthorized deductions in my account, and all my efforts to get clarification have been ignored. I do not recommend this broker due to poor communication and unprofessional handling of client accounts.
I can clearly say this is top 3 or 2 Forex broker I have ever used in my last 5 years! Execution speed, spread, support communication, withdrawal and deposit feasibility etc.! Regulation is valid by date and many more. I strongly recommend Juno Markets. In addition, I also thanks to Mr. Lung for being my account manager and showing supportive attitude any time! 10/10
camed back in order to leave another review! started with them a while ago and all i can say is that i am very pleased with their services! withdraw via crypto is insanly fast and my EA is working perfect on their STP server! i think ECN is much much better but the commision kills my EA scalper profits! keep up with the good work guys! 👏👏👏
Unregulated and shady b-book broker. Support is good until things go well, but as soon as you want to ask questions or withdraw your money they will ghost you or find excuses not to honour your requests. Stay away people unless you want to get screwed.
I highly suggest you stay away from Junomarkets if you value your money. My capital was entered into a PAMM account, over $10,000. According to the LPOA i signed before entering the PAMM, it stated all I needed to give was 24 hour notice to Juno to disconnect from the PAMM. So, I did exactly that. I gave Juno my 24 hour notice to disconnect but of course, they did not honor it. After 6 months of my capital being locked inside the PAMM, and numerous times of contacting support and the PAMM provider, I was told I could not withdraw. Then, I logged onto Juno to see that my entire balance had been wiped clean in one trade. 100% B Booked and Juno wanted to get the money from me. A complete scam broker. Oh yeah, also it just happened that on the same day that my account got wiped clean, Juno revoked access to all Australias to access their website. So much wrong happened. Customer support no longer responds to me, and I've been scammed and lost over $10,000. Keep your money away.
I have a MAM / PAMM account with them. Every time i put in a request for withdrawal. I got nothing. They always forwarded me to the MAM master. Normally you should have access to your equity at any time to withdrwa. Not with Juno. My experience with Juno was quite negative. The money manager lost all money. Although i put in withdrawal request many times up front.
Will not let me withdraw money. Been over 10 days since they said they processed but still no money. All promises no action. Stick with a requlated broker who pays out and doesn't hang onto your money. Upon review of you review I can unequivocally say that my refund has not been processed as I still have not received the funds despite you saying 3 times that it has been processed! You are liars !
Guys, be careful if you are going to join any PAMS with this broker. They have terrible support and your money will be locked forever. Additional: Don't join KINGCapital pamms or anything that FxAuto promotes. I witness that they destroyed more than 5 pamms even more. They are a team of scammers that are just juggling pams from one to another broker. Be careful!!!!!!!!
