Summary
Multiple reviewers warn this broker is a scam: the site lacks a registration number and appears fake, contacts victims by phone and email claiming to represent blockchain.com while using different domains (e.g. joytrust.net), and says funds are frozen to extract personal data and an upfront “conversion” fee of €249. Users report fake, poorly edited documents, domain mismatches when asked to verify identity, repeated harassment, and requests for ID and payment before any withdrawals—after which money disappears. Overall, reviewers conclude the operation is fraudulent and advise avoiding any dealings or withdrawal attempts.

I have been contacted several times by phone and email- first they claim to be blockchain.com whom I do have an account/wallet with, but my funds have been blocked or frozen and they are contacting me to verify I am the rightful owner- to do this I need to provide info- personal info, and also a conversion fee of.. 249€ that will only be deducted if the bank clears the funds and wallet is really mine- and- POOF 249 gone.. now a new email that I need to give them proof of ID. No way Jose. When I ask for them /Blockcain.com to verify that they are indeed who they claim to be- I receive another email- from- guess who?? joytrust.net. Asking them again- WHY is the domain not blockchain.com??? Getting another reply that they are representing blockchain..and documents (that look that they been put together by someone really bad at photoshop) ... These fudgers are herrasing people, stealing and needs to be put out of business.
