all withdrawal requests processed most of the time same day which is amazing. Customer support is on a personal level and always reply. My subscriptions through Wilfred Knight a partner company is easy and great with protected consistent returns . I am happy and will move my money from other trading platforms to jet trade . The only thing they need to improve on is phone answering as not always answered but they do call baxk
