As an Introducing Broker (IB) with IUX, I am unable to withdraw my funds — withdrawals remain stuck in "pending" status indefinitely. Customer service has been unhelpful, providing only generic template responses rather than substantive resolution. This issue extends beyond my own account: several of my referred clients are also unable to withdraw their funds from IUX. I am issuing this warning to the community: numerous users have been reporting similar withdrawal issues with IUX. I intend to file a formal complaint with the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius in the near future. Update. Finally they approve my WD Rebate. But other client WD still pending

Substandard brokers can change their terms and conditions at will. These types of brokers are terrible.
The spreads are extremely wide, slippage occurs frequently, and I can't close orders. This is the worst broker experience I've had. It happens every day, about 5-8 times a day.

Any legitimate broker can resolve a deposit issue quickly. Keeping client funds stuck for days without resolution is extremely concerning.

Broker closed my orders by themselves with the lowest price which is not the trading price on that day. No explanation why it was happening and made me loss a lot. No good support team.
