The UPI transaction was completely successful, money was debited from my bank account, and I have full proof including UTR number, transaction ID, and screenshots. However, the amount was never credited to my trading account. 🔎 Complete Transaction Details: Trading Account Number: 23083637 Deposit Amount: ₹18,253 Date & Time: 15 January 2026, around 10:19 PM Payment Method: UPI (PhonePe) Paid To Name: Pawan Kumar S O Sharavan Saw UPI ID: 9905362653@ptyes Transaction ID: T2601152219350037251347 UTR Number: 640509278617 The transaction status shows SUCCESSFUL, yet the broker failed to credit the funds. ❌ What followed after the deposit: No credit to trading account No refund Support responses are slow, vague, and misleading Only false assurances like “we are checking” No timeline, no accountability, no solution Telling we dont recived fund, This is not a technical delay. Any legitimate broker can resolve a deposit issue quickly. Keeping client funds stuck for days without resolution is extremely concerning.

Broker closed my orders by themselves with the lowest price which is not the trading price on that day. No explanation why it was happening and made me loss a lot. No good support team.
