Unfair trade practices... So glad fast-tract.shop came through
I am not able to open the trading platform, and it says 404 not found, unsure if I've lost money. Looks like they have closed shop? Is there anyone who can help get my money back? - please help. Thank you, Sri
Stay away! Scam You do not get your money back. They will try to get more money to invest from you, but they will never let you walk away with your original investment. My 7000 eur is gone, and they do not answer me any more.
ITG Solution or blowing (sting) company. If you are in contact with Kaus Zauer or with another name from this company, be sure that you have already lost a large part of your investment. You will not get your money back, do not invest more, keep your money. I
ITGSolution.net teams are scammers and frauds. Collected 180 euro from me since July 8th 2023. I have not received it till date. Do not believe the people writing positive stories here. None of their details are reliable. You can't call them. Only them can call you. Withdrawal not possible, showing pending for about 6 months. When you request for it, then they find other ways to get more. Beware!
Scam! DO NOT invest! Several conversations with nice investors from ITG. In addition, I received a lot of stränge calls from the UK and Belgium. I also received emails from other actors, which proves that ITG has sold my personal data. I have requested withdrawals on several occasions, but nothing happens. In the platform I log into it looks good, the value is increasing every day. This is a big joke! Requests for withdrawals and contact via support do not exist. Now I have been contacted by another actor who sees that I invested in Bitcoin in their company. They don't know about ITG... How has my personal data been handled? Stay away from ITG and anyone else who tries to talk you into investing.
All started with making a deposit, 180EUR and then I was contacted by Richard Baroff who was showing me the basic etc. After couple of days we made one withdrawal witch went smooth and I didn't add any more money to the account afterwards. After while I got contacted by Adam Varga who told me he is taking over the Richard who he's taking a leave. I was offline for some time after that (personal reasons) I tried to make a withdrawal of the rest of the deposit (without any profit) recently but never got contacted and request has stil status "pending". I tried to make a contact via their own system and via email adresses provided but without a success. They are calling from generated numbers from all over the world so there is no possibility to reach them back by phone. So I decided to share my experience with you all and also to give ITGSolution a chance to contact me to refund the rest of my entrance deposit as I asked in email.
They have stolen all my money today. Sold so much they can on minus. On trades we never talked about. They are good and have patience to let us doing this for many months and when we ask for money they end it like this.
I have been with ITG for over a year now, and have been ruined. Started in ITGmarket which became ITGsolution in February. Have been moved from agent to agent and am now on the third one that I have had since January. I was supposed to have withdrawals with all three, but for strange reasons it has been stopped every time. The account has been doing well and there is a large amount in there, but I can't withdraw it and my agent has stopped contacting me. Was supposed to close the account on March 10, but it didn't happen and they didn't say why? Was recommended by my agent, Arthur Mikaelson, in January to insure the account, which I did. So now I have invested and paid tax and paid insurance to ITGsolution, but I have not been able to withdraw money yet. I have spoken to support almost every day since March and they have been nice to me as a client, but the only thing they can do is send messages to my agent and to the finance department. It is impossible to get in touch with the finance department without going through support. I have not heard from my agent since August 8th now, and I send emails every day - no response. I have also asked to speak to someone in the finance department, but that has not happened either. Now I have asked to get a new agent who has time to take my case and finalize it all, no response to that either! I have written agreements on both the insurance and the payment, which was to take place on 10 March. Doesn't look like this company cares, so this looks very much like a scam. In addition, my contact information has been leaked to hundreds of scammers who then want to help me with this problem, and I get calls all the time from these rude people. Does anyone even get their money out of ITGsolution? So my advice - stay away from this company!!
I have been working with Klaus Zaur in three months. It has been a very good experience. Klaus is teaching me everything we are doing with my account. He is always there to answer my questions. I am glad to work with him. I will be back when i got little more exprience.
The are scammers and thiefs, Klaus Zauer and Oliver Parker stole 25000€ from me saying that ITG Solution is safer than a bank. And when you stop putting money to your account the make all the trades go on minus and you loos it all. I Had 42000€ on my account and they are all gone now thanks to ITG Solution , Klaus Zauer and Oliver Parker.
They trick and are cheaters, I invested some money THANKFULLY not too much but now when I want to make a withdrawal they haven't sent me my money back for months and the only thing they do is terrorizing with phone calls just to hear for the thousand time why I want to make a withdrawal. DON'T PUT YOUR MONEY IN HERE!! WARNING!
Don't invest money in ITG solution (old ITGmarket). I opened an account in January. My account manager was Ryan Summers. My account worked well for 6 months giving me a profit of 3-5 euros a day. After 6 months, Ryan called me and wanted to persuade me to invest more. When I said I would not invest any more money, contact with Ryan ended. In the 7th month I tried to withdraw money, they wrote to me that I cannot withdraw money because my volume is too low. Then I found out that I have a new account manager. (Maxwell Adams). I asked what can I do to get my money back. They told me that autotrading must increase investment transactions. I replied (I'm just asking). So I did not agree to the changes to my account. After 7 days my account stopped investing for two weeks. I wrote a few messages to my account manager. He just texted back (I'll fix it, I'll see it). P 14 days he wrote to me. (Don't pressure). After 14 days, the account started working and worked for 7 days. After 7 days my account started losing 60-80 euros a day. In my account I collected 660 euros and invested only 360. After 12 days my account had -50euro. When I lost all the money in the account I wrote to them. (What are we going to do about this problem now. Autotrading has lost all my money). They replied that someone from the financial department would call me. Nobody called.A few days later I wrote to them (How can I close my account). After this question they closed my account without asking why I want to close my account and if I really want to close my account. They just closed the account so it wouldn't be a problem. I only lost the 360 euros I invested. I warn you about this ITGsolution company and account managers. It's the cheaters!!!!!!
Hi fellow investors, greetings from Sweden!!! I just want to share about my experience with this company and few of the account managers. started very sceptical in march with something like five hundred euro or dollar, i dont remember exactly. after the amazing explanation from Antonio I decided to increase my investment to three thousand. I was still sceptical but I wanted to take one amazing opportunity. Everything went even better than Antonio advised, and I noticed that he was very conservative and started to like him. There were 2 very good opportunities, but I missed them because of my trust issues. DONT BE LIKE ME GAGAGGA! anyway, we managed to make another few hundred which i received in bitcon ON THE SAME DAY. What happened after those events I would call "the biggest financial success" of my life. Ever! I prefer not to specify exact amounts, what I can tell you is that now I have a regular and proven source of income, for which i am PUTTING MY THOUSANDS "THANK YOU" FOR THE WHOLE ITG TEAM! not only the account manager, that spend time to educate me, but the support team, fast responses and everything that they helped me since the beginning. I know a lot of people out there are sceptical about this business, but afer spending some time you will realize that this is one ofthe few tickets for financial available in the world that we live in. Long live ITG really many many thanks guys we will hear from each other at the beginning of next month when my stock will be liquidated!
Yes , their a legit compeny working for a whale now with Tony Lombardo and everything goes a lot better than is expected . making advantaje on the financiall markets is easy but of course you need to be explained corectly ! ! ! Thank again and Antonio and Rian ! ! !

September 29, 2023 After I decided not to add up in in August in my investment, I have lost my account manager, Klaus Zauer. I can no longer withdraw also the remaining balance in my account. The company has never kept in touch despite of the mail sent and assurance made by Klaus Zauer through WhatsApp. Klaus Zauer is no longer helpful than usual.My remaining balance cannot be withdrawn. Klaus assured said that you can withdraw the remaining amount anytime someone will keep in touch in ITGsolutions office but nobody is calling me. No calls receive from ITGsolution for the past two weeks. I updated Klaus regarding the status but no avail. This company is not what it seems like your account manager said. I deeply regret to make a positive comments last july just after my first withdrawal. The time you stop depositing the money, the time they lost interest on you.
Update: it's a shame I had to write a review on Trustpilot to get my case resolved, but I have got my money back from ITGSolution. Thanks to Trustpilot! Hope that ITGSolution will take up further with management about how they should handle such cases in the future in order to gain a better reputation.
It's all a ruse. I can't believe they wrote multiple apologois emails and offered a refund, but a waited months before receiving anything. Only Traderscare . Live was able to obtain a refnd for me.
I invested 200 Euros a few months ago. They called me every day, and all they wanted was more money. I speant hous on the phone. They told me after three weeks that my investment now had grown to over 50.000 Euros! Getting out any payment, even my initial investment seems to be impossible. I have stopped to answer the phones. The still call me every day from different numbers, both intenational and national numbers. Thgis is obviously a scam. Stay away!!
