I invested £300 late 2022. My account manager changed at the start of Jan 2023. I have emailed on numerous occasions to Maxwell Adams whose email address is maxwella @ itgsolution.net who has not replied to any correspondence since January 2023. Last week I was contacted by someone on the phone posing to be your company, telling me that your finance department is closing and that they needed to support me to withdraw the money. They caught me off guard and fraudulently took £3000 from me saying it was for tax upfront before the money transfer. The number they rang from was 01416280187. Today I was contacted by someone called 'Daniel' again telling me that your finance department is closing and that they needed to support me to withdraw the money. He rang from 020 81576376. This time I asked for the password and he was unable to give it to me. Obviously I then hung up. Again I have emailed MY account manager with you - Maxwell Adams hoping to get a response. I initially invested £300 and have now lost £3000
The worst company I have ever dealt with, I am ashamed that I was stupid enough to send them money and after 9 months trying to get it back I have to let it go and move on for my own sanity. They use emotional blackmail, manipulation, blinding you with science. Do not part with a penny.
Scam probobly, The webbsite does not working and have Been down for a Long time, and They never let someone make a withdrawl and then lose all of the money in the account. Do not invest! They have took all of my money but I keep myself annonym.
Arthur Mikaelson, head of executive department is not worth mentioning, fortunately for me it is only € 180,--There are people who have been scammed for thousands of Euros
As start, I had invested small amount as I was new in this type of financial market. No doubt I got portion of my money back, now that guy pestering me to invest thousands more into it stating other people have invested lot and they get decent returns. He calls me every day sometime more than once twice thrice without fail, for time being I have stopped picking up the calls. So I was wondering whether this is genuine or not. Your honest advice is highly appreciated.
ITG: You sold my peivate number to other companies and now my phone is ringing all the time!!! Different sellers want to trade with my money you didn’t send me back!!!! Where did you sold my number?????? STOP CALLING ME!!!!!
Ι told to the manager that i change my mind and i am not interesting to invest money. I ask them kindly to not call me again. And the keep calling my every single day from the whole world. Every single day. They call me every day, even at inappropriate hours. it's very annoying. they don't respect anything. it has become very tiring the worst I've ever experienced
I want to update my review of 7 Dec of this company. I received a call from another manager after waiting 22 days for the refund to advise the deposit will be returned and there was no need to set up a bitcoin wallet etc. At the end, the deposit was returned 3 days later so updating my rating to neutral to be fair.
Once ITG Market will take your money they will keep calling you and convincing you to put more and more money. Once they will find that you will not invest more and if you will ask them to return your money they will stop responding you. This is entirely seems fake company. Yes I got a call from account manager on 30th dec after follow up for 10 days . The fast you replying here I hope I would have got same response from your company when I was keep dropping emails. Since last 3 days also trying to reach your all department and no one is replying.

The service delivered by this company was never good since the very beginning. No type of frequent and helpful communication with a financial advisor, unlike they had promised before activating the account. They have changed constantly my "financial advisor" in just two months either previous notification but most importantly, I have been trying for already one month to withdraw some money or close my account because I am not interested at all in investing in this company and it is literally no way so far to make it. It is a tremendous unprofessional, unreliable, fraudulent and deceitful company
These people are straight thieves, don't go near them. They've ripped me off to the extent of £19,000. The positive reviews are faked by their own staff, do bugger to you Briana Coe!!!

I don't usually write reviews but the team behind ITG Market fully deserve more recognition. I've more than doubled my investment since I started and I couldn't be happier with the service I have received so far. I was scared to go ahead with my deposit as I am very conservative with my investment choices but my account manager Adam Varga and his team were nothing short of amazing and cared for my money as if it were theirs. I've withdrawn three times already and it usually takes around an hour or so, I have no complaints here. The only downside is that their support is not working during the night, except for urgent cases. Keep on rockin', ITG!
