ISA Investment customer reviews

Reviews
The moment I attempted to withdraw my money, things became challenging. I received an email from "Binance" asking me to transfer more money into a wallet address in order to comply with regulations." David, my adviser," is said to have handled my withdrawal. The purpose, according to "David," was "to complete a full circle" before the withdrawal was processed. I declined and got in touch with Binance Ltd customer service, who said that "it was not their practice," demonstrating the email's forgery. Isa Investments' "David" is pretending to be a person listed on the FCA register. He is a skilled conman who targets innocent people and tries to cheat them. They stop speaking with you if you insist on making a withdrawal. Fortunately, after consulting with 𝖤quitiguard, I was able to withdraw my money within a few days. Isa will drain all of your hard-earned money, so stay away and take your life savings with you. The glowing testimonials are completely at odds with my personal experiences.
SCAM - don't believe the fake positive reviews on here. Luckily I invested a relatively small amount - when asking to take the money out, they contacted my right away saying company has gone into liquidation and that they investigating this scam but they'll "help" you recover your money - which apparently grew from $250 to $35,000 in a matter of 5 months, yeah, right.. reported to Action Fraud UK and I advise you to do the same.

This company scam you out of your money . They build a relationship with you so you will feel confident in giving your money over to them. Do not trust them in any way. I dealt with a lady called Sandra who new my dad had passed away in January of this year and I am going through breast cancer. I have lost a large amount of money with this company following there instruction to pay compliance regulations and using different accounts they wanted to move my money too. They show you, your money growing quickly in thier app which they took £10 thousand out of after I complained to the authorities so they then closed my account and stopped all contact as they now had the money from the app and from the blockchain account . The other money I have lost which is a considerable amount was done through binance and blockchain my life savings Have gone. Do not trust them . They do not answer phone and customer support is none. I have tryed to contact them many times with no success so when they reply to your complaint they are lying. I have reported them they will be under investigation. And Iam trying to get my funds back through solisiters now. Please please do not use this firm . The solisiters Iam using have had dealings with this company before with people being scammed out of there life savings.

I invested a couple of hundred and I’ve tried to get it out and I’m still waiting. I’ve had a call today from someone telling me that isa has shut down and they wanted to get me to download anydesk for remote viewing. I hung up. I can’t get through to the email on isa page as it just returns. Can anyone give me a link to help me get me money back. Your email address is invalid. Just another scam. Every time I try to get my money out it says request pending. Isa-investment corporation is trying to steal my money. No phone number to ring. Email doesn’t work. Just a scam

This is a scam.....took me for thousands
it's all a scam my advisor was called Jake Warren or Jake the snake he played me like a fish and took me for 8 grand all the web sites they use are fake they hide your money in crypto wallets its only berceuse i contacted Blockchain that i found out the emails are fake at the time i had a bereavement in the family which Jake knew about but he still took the money the low life don't fall for company's who say they can get your money back i tried one and after a few emails they was asking £2500 for a court order i checked the UK court order for up to 10 grand is £500 when i send this too them they said the court order was not being raised in one of the Caribbean Island at this point i stop all communication with them the only thing that is left for me now is to report it has a crime and contact the F.C.A
It all went wrong when i was told I needed to make several deposits into my account to establish trading transactions. I had previously made a deposit of £160 and followed with £1,000 investment, To establish trading I input a further £500 to establish trading transactions which i was told I could reverse immediately, the £500 disappeared and I was told it was not enough and i needed to transfer £7,000 and if I could not find this money I should use a Liquidity loan that you could arrange. I Said no and my account manager said Blockchain would call me. Blockchain or someone purporting to be Blockchain called the following week and advised that Blockchain had suspended and removed my account repeating the same demands for £7000 of money or a liquidity loan when I refused I was advised that I would be taken to Court and charged with money laundering. I responded by saying lets go to court.
I have been using isa investment for my forex trading needs and I'm thoroughly impressed. The platform is user-friendly, offers a wide range of currency pairs, and their analytics tools are top-notch.
Had a very bad experience with Jake Warren where I was made to believe I would be making money and be able to withdraw it instead he made me take out a loan which I’m now under investigation for with my account and the loan company and deal with and lost £3k thankfully not as much but the stress of it is 10 times more. Please don’t fall for them or download any app of accounts it’s a scam company !!!
The lowest of the low scam artists. I was scammed out of £19000+ one of them was a loan with a partner company used to apparently ‘increase my bank fund limits’. An actual mess. I now have a £18000 loan for 4 years at £534 a month and 22% Apr and they’ve ran off with all my money! They even tried to get another £23000 from me! Avoid like the plague. I emailed their customer support team multiple times to get them to give my money back. Had zero responses. Logged with the police and action fraud. Genuinely hope Karma is real

Do not invest with this company. They are Scammers. I invested £200 to test them out following reading a Fake Review by Martin Lewis from Money Saving Expert. I spoke to a lady called ‘Lindsay’ who was very pushy and rude. In the end I told her I was not interested in talking to her anymore and put the phone down. The next day I had a call from some guy trying to persuade me to invest more money. I declined and told him I wished to withdraw the initial £200 I had invested. He became rude and I put the phone down on him as well. Subsequently I made an online request to withdraw my £200 which has now been ‘pending’ for over two months. I then sent Isa-Investments an email asking them to repay my initial investment, to date they have still not replied. ISA-Investments are a terrible, unethical company and should not be trusted with your money.
Avoid this company at all costs , I’ve just been through an awful time with them . They lull you into a false sense of security , you see your initial investment grow daily & all seems well . In my case my investment grew very quickly , this put me on my guard . When I tried to withdraw I was told I needed to take “ liquidity “ loans . It made no sense & I refused to continue with the process . When they realised I wasn’t going to fall for their scam I became if no interest to them . My account vanished & so did they . Do NOT fall for their lies , you’ll loose money !
Bought into the scam on the hype by Elon Musk. Now know that was fake. Only parted with the $200 buy in. Came to my senses pretty quickly when I started to get pushy phone calls. Asked for my money back and they became very rude. How these guys sleep at night I have no idea. Stay away from them you are highly unlikely to ever see your money back. Suspect everything about them is fake. Even where they claim to be located.
Do not invest in this company!! I invested a small amount £200 which quickly grew to £25000. Tried several times to withdraw the money and my personal advisor Damon Thomas asked me to download AnyDesk presumably with the hope that they could gain access to my passwords/current account etc. After I refused to do this another person phoned a couple of weeks later advising that Damon had been sacked because he was attempting to launder money from me and she was there to save the day!! Another scam! Money still sitting and withdrawal “pending” has been like this for weeks!! Lots of technical talk about crypto currencies,Binance etc to try and make the withdrawal process sound complicated hence why I need a “middle man” but it’s bulls@@@.

I made an initial investment of £160.96 and instantly it started making money! the funds increased really quickly (mainly cos it was fake) after a few weeks the broker rang, (he "Jake Warren"!) explaining i needed to invest more money into the scheme, to the tune of £3-8,000 i explained i didn`t have that money and he was adamant that i could just get a loan or put it on my credit card. Alarm Bells Rang! i said no and hey ho I`ve not heard anything since although my fund has now increased to over £8,000! I`ve put in a request to withdraw a small amount but the request is pending apparently! Thankfully it I only lost a relatively small amount.
I can't give them five stars as I did have a small problem with them, it was fixed and explained to me. I also can’t give them the review they deserve which is 4 and a half stars. I would like to give them big thanks for their help.
I saw a video on LinkedIn with James Dyson on This Morning and apparently they set up an account just before going on air, the story continued that the BBC had to pull the article. Clicking through this took me to The Mirror where the reporter invested money and it grew unbelievably - hence me investing the minimum of £205 I had calls explaining how they invested, a guaranteed no loss process - really! BUT the investment grew every day as he conducted trades so, online, i was making a really good return on my investment and was serious about investing more as my savings deliver 1.75%. Then I finally found this on Trustpilot and felt I needed to get out and gain as much of my investment back as possible. Alarm bells rang when my advisor had to be in head office to allow a withdrawal to happen, it sounded so unprofessional in the background with music, laughing and general loud noise. I bluffed that I really wanted to go big but wanted to see the withdrawal process first to prove it and then invest straight back. I got £300 back and then sent a screen shot of a review that was very specific to him which he went on to claim that all the reviews were fake and from their competitors! I wasn't going to go on here but when I log into my account the original amount is still showing so it is clearly just a front to show "growth". Fundamentally I came out up but was and am very skeptical, too many alarms here. Why would my advisor, who came out of retirement at the age of 50 as he was bored, who could invest with a guarantee of not losing any bid do this, he went on to say that he works over 80 hours a week too! Anyway, with huge care and personally I'd say avoid. Update a few weeks later .... 10th August I have received many calls from them and the bitcoin trader companies asking me to close my account re the small balance and wanting more information, very noisy, unprofessional backgrounds and even at 9:30pm ! I have also logged back in and my account still has the full value not taking into account the amount I took out - underpinning all my concerns so please avoid and how can these guys still be trading, it has to be illegal ? 24th Aug 23 A very nice reply - why are the bitcoin company still calling me, mostly at 9:30pm, asking me to use the balance in my account ? I have asked them on each call to remove my details and stop calling, from a noisy call center, but whenever I try and explain the issue they hang up yet still call - very annoying.
I invested a total of £700.00 in Isa Investments. Things became tricky when I wanted to withdraw my money. I was dealing with a man who introduced himself as David C. and was my financial adviser. After processing my withdrawal on 26/6/2023, I received a letter from a company with a Binance email address on 27/6/2023. It was requesting me to deposit a further £1000.00 into a wallet address before I could withdraw my money to “comply with Money laundering regulations”. This was confirmed by David as needed to "to complete a full circle" prior to the withdrawal being processed. I refused to deposit the money into an unknown wallet address and contacted Binance Holding Ltd customer support to verify it. They informed me that "it was not their practice to request users to deposit funds before withdrawal". They also suggested I log it in as fraud and also contact the police. I also reported the issue to FCA who said some fraudsters impersonate people registered on the FCA to defraud the innocent. Isa-investment.info has since stopped communicating with me when I refused to deposit more money. I challenge Isa-investment.info to contact me to refund my money or respond to this review to refute what I said if they are genuine.
if you came here before investing with isa-investment.info you did the right thing. I'm here to tell you not to trust them with a single penny of your money. On July 11th I fell for their promises like a complete rookie. All kinds of promises and baloney success percentages. They were happy to take my initial deposit of £200 followed by a call from Isabel from one of their many numbers that you cannot call them back on. they are based in Santa Cruz Portugal and if they are licenced to give investment advice I have some waterfront property to sell you in Nevada, Within two hours of giving them my money I read some of the reviews on here and I changed my mind before they had even set up an account properly. I have asked repeatedly for a straight refund but they are thus far refusing. That to me is simple fraud. Dont fall for their scams. isa-investment.ifo are not legitimate in my opinion. They dont even have a website. UPDATE 24 JULY. As a result if this review their so called financial adviser Isabel called me to tell me thar that my £200.00 deposit , made July 11th, two weeks ago was now worth £15,200.00 and it was a long complicated process to get a withdrawal. Thats some kind of return on investment. BS.. Remember I instructed her within 2 hours of making my deposit not to proceed. This person is extremely unprofessional and very rude on the phone. I probably won't see my £200 again but hopefully you won't lose your money as a result of this review.
