I received marketing call from investous and advised to start online trading. Since I don't have any previous experience, I refused. They convinced and assured for profit and advised to start with small amount (mid of 2021). After Opening account, The accounts manager Mr. Ventsislav & Nikolace encouraged to trade more in specific assets. Finally I lost 43K USD. After raising complaint, Investous agreed to refund 12K only in April-22. I need my balance amount of 31K USD. My trading account number is TA13764001. I need response from Investous and can someone help the way forward. Don't trust such calls and don't trade if you don't have experience. Don't trust others to make profit.
Hi I'm Wendy I started investing with investous mid year last year, and the my manager or a broker name was George K. He use to encourage me on how I will make money, yes I made some profits in the trading platform, but I was never allowed to withdraw, then he kept on asking for deposits to secure my account, I believed him, cos I was looking at the trading platform, he will still keep on asking for deposits so he can add the bonus, of wich the bonus will reflect on my account, but unfortunately I ended up losing all the money I had, of which is was about R380 000.in weeks..After the last day of last deposits, he disappeared no more calls and emails, I will email, but no answer, in a week later, other guy called me, telling me to deposit the money so I can activate my account, I asked him, where is my broker, George K. He said his no longer working for them. I was so depressed I didn't know what to do, but even now I still want my money back. Cos since then my life never got the same, even now I'm still struggling because of such people. I still help with my money. My experience date the last day was 16 /09/2021.
Well a year later and they are still trading , i cant believe it, i lost nearly 17000 $ with this bunch of fools. Atleast my review of approx a year ago is at the top still. They are registered in a small office in Cyprus , i contacted the Onbudsman in Cyprus, who were willing to investigate this company , but it was going to cost me more money, id lost enough and did'nt feel like it then but i still might The good thing about Cyprus is the UK is deaply involved there on many fronts and their Govt Depts are run efficiently, so i may get some serious response. The Company is registered, but not from UK or US, which should raise some alarm bells , they if you check are Reg somewhere like Belize , where anyone can register a Comp, why, if the go bust they scarper easily. Still trading means some people are doing ok with their advice but please believe me that advice lost me the amount above. I origionally wanted to do a few Thou $ in Crypto and a couple of Companies like Amazon , Tesla , but my advisor quickly got me into forex trading which is highly volitile for anyone let alone a new customer i was up , sure thats good , then dramatically down , its a roller coaster, lost everthing in a matter of days , this time last year , so careful you would be investors . Oh yea no , compensation at all.
Admittedly a newbie at the time, put £200 up front to open an account with them so I could use get familiar with the site using their practice money. I didn't trade using my £200. I can't remember who called who but I went to make my 1st real life trade and I only had £20 left, they'd taken £180! They said a refund was possible if I made a trade but at that point I was to angry that inactive fees hadn't been explained by anyone to me and they shouldn't of taken it in the first place. I've never written a review in my life but Avoid this company - your money might depend on it.

I am very disappointed with this company and its ethics. They promised me easy withdrawal of funds and of course my best interest. They kept asking me to add funds to the account and used the market against me to add funds to the account. When I tried to withdraw considerable funds from the account, I got a call from the account manager saying that this will not process properly and that I should cancel the withdrawal order and make it into a smaller amount and ask for a reversal in an email. Then, of course, he insisted I do a trade which I was against, but he insisted on it, and he gave me very bad advice which made me unable to even get the reversal nor withdraw anything else. I have an account with this Account number: TA13960788 Please be aware of this company, your hard-earned money is better invested somewhere else or even kept safe with you rather than losing it to such a scam. Edit: They seem very fast when replying to a bad comment. But this is another smokescreen to show people they are legit. After they asked me for the information on the email listed below, I got no reply from anyone. Neither that the email was received or not, nor if they started any type of process.

BIG SCAM !!! Dont fall into their trap. Initially, agent will keep talking to you at first for even few hours just to convince you until finally hook up to their bait just to get into investing to there so-called-company. they are licensed company if you’ll to search on website and app. they’ll let you invest initially $200 then force you to invest bigger amount by telling you lesser amount will not increase your profit . In my condition, they told me to invest $10,000 but ending up investing $5000 which they took from my credit card. At first your profit will increase dramatically 20-30% of your invested money in just a day of trading which made me think that this is too good to be true. These pushed me into researching about the company’s background and saw a lot of bad comments and reviews about them in one of youtube video.. Others don’t even get their money back . Some of them lost their money and reinvested as they will push you to do so with their scripted reasons. I Ended up withdrawing my money on the second day (including the profit) but really had a hard time before they send my money back to me . They returned my invested money after 3 weeks but never gave back the profit to me (which is around $600). To take my invested money back I have to gave them my informations like ID , debit card and credit card number and bank statement or utility bills copy. Well, I have to calm myself and look for a reason why I need to withdraw the money without giving them a hint that I already had a background check about the company. An agent named Leyla F (she not even place her full name in every email she sent to me ) kept on calling me and had an interrogation about my reason of withdrawal. She’s not even fluent in english and talk unprofessionally. She even told me to ‘ apprecaite what the company did for me’ . They just use my miney for their own benefit which is nothing to appreciate for. Though they returned my money that I invested, I still have to pay the bank for the taxes and charges from using credit card for trading because it was considered as cash withdrawal. Well to cut the story short , it is really traumatic and I should’ve follow my instinct in the first place before I let them in. My mistake I was captivated by the big investment return. I’m sharing this for you to be aware and hopefully not to be in my place right now.
Total scam, DO NOT invest with them. They use tricks, wrong advice, and avoidance tactics. They promise a lot and never deliver. Avoid them.

In fact, the conditions of this company are even too simple. Well, who will be surprised by mt4 nowadays. The important thing is that I can trust this broker.

Just lost a capital of 300.000usd in a blink of eye lost my live savings and im still waiting for the bank to take an action against me Long story short never ever trade with them they trick you to add more and more money every day and they push you to trade so your margin drops and you keep adding till you are broke and all of a sudden your account disappears Laugh about it i withdraw 9000 dollar 10 days before my account was disappeared and never received them!!!!!! guess it is expected from such a company Btw letting your agents calling me every day to insure im feeling good for losing my money will never stop me from taking actions legally, every media , news paper … people all over the world and in UAE should know who you are and ban your practice
I went to signed up for one account because of one article that is really enticing, but after i read multiple comments of people talking about the bad customer service and the half-truths of their article, I changed my mind. At first everything was fine, i didnt plan to write a bad review for them until they keep on spamming calls and emails even though I told them I changed my mind. I just think this is a very unprofessional way of approaching customers. Please read your reviews when you read their article, don't be quick to make decisions! And brother, please stop asking me to contact yall, because if i do so, yall will continue spamming me. Please do me a favor, I need some peace.
I invested $200 as min deposit on Monday 25th August,2021. Later the trader told me to invest $300 more as the returns will not happen soon if the amount is less. I invested $300 and later on the third day 26th Aug the trader says again invest $200 as there is a risk to my deposit. How do I trust now. Please help me get back my deposit and close my account immediately. Action on this would be highly appreciated.
It’s a big Scam company, that ignore their clients by unethical, unprofessional ways. I have been defrauded out of a lot of money by Investous. I am new to trading and they knew this. They told me what to trade in and exactly how much to invest in every case. They awarded themselves massive commissions such that I was left with no reserves to continue to invest. They called me every day, sometimes twice a day and each time asked that I share the screen with them. Now they are not responding to my requests for help and ignoring all my correspondence. PLEASE NOTE: I have invested 9000USD in Investous company I was instructed in all my trading their agent kept telling me that the set loss function in the system allows the client to limit their losses if any, and one needs not to be overly concerned about losing all their money. Such action by their agent is misleading and contrary to those statements of caution on their website. and when I did a complaint letter and send it to their email address I didn't receive any answer for 1mounth and 17 Days, My letter was sent on 6 of July 2021, I AM REALLY SHOCKED !!!!!!! I am ADHUT .
I started doing trades with investous last 6 june 2021, after a while I gained money then then on 1 July 2021, I lost all of it. The account manager called me and asked me to give it another try but this time for $1,000.00. at first I was hesitant to do it but he managed to convince me to help me grow the money. So 5 Aug 2021 I deposited the money and do trades, it was a great week and I started earning money from it. then after a few days 11 aug 2021 the account manager asked me to add more funds with a promise to double the money and promised that he will add 50% of the money I will deposit. He asked for $5,000.00 and he told me that after I deposited the money I can withdraw it right away, this is just to secure the $2,500.00 bonus. But after I deposited, he started asking me to position some of the trades and and I did. So I earned money from it and I asked him to teach me to withdraw the money last Friday 13th of August 2021 but instead he talked me around and managed to convince me to do another trade for gold as he gives me hint that the Gold will rise up and I will earn more. But it didn't happen. All the hints and trades he asked me to position went to a worst trades so last night I lost all of my $7,000.00. Bottom point is that the investous will only show you how to deposit money but instead of teaching you how to withdraw money they will entice you to increase your deposits, then they will put you in a bad situation and will try to ask you to add more money just to survive or recover.
I needed a regulated broker and I asked my friend to help. He recommended this broker. He told that it was regulated. Regulation is a crucial thing for me, so I took advantage of it. Regulated brokers normally have good execution and that’s what I enjoy here.
When i was asked to deposit it was done in mintues no doucments asked and it was promised i can withdraw anytime. when i put a request for withdrawl . i need to submit my personal doucments , i did that too . I Want my money back . its frustrating to go through long process to withdraw my own my refund. M still waitng for my refund
i am an Emarati person from Dubai i am currently trading with investous and i have to say you cant trade with 200 dollar in any field 200 dollar will get you no where and you can lose it fast you need better capital to have good margin to hold your trade for days or even weeks sometimes i have been working with a guy called efe and to be honest efe is extremely good i have invested with him 5000 dollar with him and so far in less than a week we made together 1500 dollar i have nothing bad to say bout the company or the people in this field all i can say that these people are amazing and they really do know how to trade and they provide you best ways to be a good trader and my account manager efe calls me at least in a day 4 to 5 times to open or close trades and i love this guy even though i never meet him !
