Investiva customer reviews

Summary
The overwhelming consensus in the reviews is that Investiva operates like a scam: customers report being lured with small initial deposits and quick gains (often starting at £250 then progressing to £2,500 and higher), pressured by friendly-sounding account managers to “upgrade” to larger funding levels, and then losing their balances when attempting withdrawals or when asked to invest more. Multiple reviewers describe accounts “crashing” or being closed, blocked communications, unresponsive support, and persistent demands for additional funds after large losses; several people lost six-figure sums (examples cited: £125,000, £90k+, and other losses over £100k). Named representatives frequently mentioned include Bill Watson, Mark Evans, Anthony Petrov, David Friedman and Josh Levine, who reportedly charm clients at first and then disappear or become unreachable. Customers warn that the company is not FCA-registered, appears offshore, uses intermediaries like Uphold/crypto transfers that complicate bank recovery, and may generate fake positive Trustpilot-style ratings. A few reviews note successful recoveries only after intervention by the FCA or specialist reclaim/legal services (Nathan Reclaim, SkystoneAdvisory, Polí-Ruckens), but these are exceptions and often required legal action. While there are isolated mentions of smooth payouts or positive experiences with other named services, the dominant theme is strong distrust and advice to avoid the company.

For two weeks, I was unable to complete my withdrawal, and support did nothing. Because of their lack of dependability, working with this organisation is not advantageous. I was genuinely surprised when my friend told me about S tamp,Life’ everything went much more smoothly than I had anticipated. All of my payouts came in consistently and without any issues. .

Since I haven't been able to withdraw for some time, I won't suggest this business or anything associated with it. This is among the factors that make Good merit, Investment unique and the greatest.

They persuaded me with a hard sell to invest over $100,000, promising access to better trades that were low-risk and would result in minimal losses. I was assured that these trades would be closely managed with controls in place, limiting potential losses to a set value, not the entire account. However, once I invested, the push continued to get me to the next level, offering more access to additional trades. When I inquired about withdrawing my investment, they deliberately crashed the account. Then the cycle started again, pressuring me to inject more money. It initially seemed promising, but each time I reached a higher level—up to $250K—the moment I asked about withdrawal, the account crashed again. This company is completely incompetent and only interested in taking your money. Avoid them at all costs. Fortunately, SkystoneAdvisory intervened swiftly, preventing what could have been a financial disaster and recovering my full investment. Be cautious and stay far away from this group.

Do not rely on automatic withdrawals from Investiva. In my experience~ N,athan Reclaim LC stepped in, and we had to handle my withdrawal manually through legal processes.

I have been trying to reach Investiva and my contact David Friedman for 1 month now. Since the moment I said I wanted to decrease my trading after losing money, there is radio silence. Even support does not respond, nor the board members. It is a big and expensive SCAM!! I still had some funds in my account and I tried to withdraw it. Impossible. Now they seem to have blocked my account. Plain old THEFT! Do NOT invest in this scam. No good will come from it. They are having a wonderful Xmas at my and perhaps your expense. Awful and dishonest people.

They have stolen my money and disappeared. Absolute scum bags.

The only reason why I rated my experience with `investiva 3 stars is because my withdrawal came to success finally. However, this outcome was only achieved through intervention of FCA & Nᥲ𝗍han Reclaim, L. LC, who expertly managed the process. Without the needed involvement, the situation would have remained unsolved.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY HERE!! In August we wanted to grow our funds through purchase of stock, eventually we created an account at Investiva and David Friedman was our contact person. He was very polite in the beginning and was advising us to put more money in the account. We invested 2.5K more, we made a huge profit and then we lost all of it. After this David was not responding anymore to any kind of communication. Then Josh Levine came in the picture, he told us that David went to Dubai for some kind of seminar therefore he was not able to respond. But he assured us that he will take good care of us from now. He used to call me daily with calls for sometime 1.5 - 2 hours long. He told us to invest more!! Eventually we lost more than 10K!!! We will sue this company as they are scamming a lot of people! BEWARE OF THE FAKE RATINGS ON TRUSTPILOT!!! TRUSTPILOT NEED TO INVESTIGATE THE REVIEWERS BEFORE THEY POST A REVIEW I still had a balance of 1200 EUR on my Investiva account, I tried to withdraw that. Today I logged in my account and suddenly my account does not exist anymore!!! INVESTIVA IS A SCAM THAT MAKES USE OF PEOPLE!!

SCAM This is a total scam, just as stated in several reviews. I feel stupid I didn't look at the reviews before. They convince you to invest and try to persuade you to invest more (which fortunately I didn't). When you wish to withdraw even a small part of your investment, your account is closed down, the email address they gave you doesn't work anymore and calls are broken of stating you have insufficient balance to complete the call. beware particularly of David Friedman: very helpful and charming, but then you can't reach him anymore. I was also called by somebody claiming to be from Investiva who told that the company was closing down operations in The Netherlands and he would help me to settle the account. This turned out to be an additional way of getting at your bank details and clear out your balance. DANGEROUS, NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

This is a scam company. Very friendly and helpful at first but then are very persuasive in getting you to invest more with the promise of great returns. Lost £90k+ when they closed my account after the promised credit they had on the account was suddenly withdrawn. Also was bombarded with spam calls after the account was closed. Mark Evans and Anthony Petrov are to be avoided at all costs.

SCAMMERS They are so clever, they make you believe your money is safe, especially by using Uphold to transfer sterling to bitcoin then transfer bitcoin in to Investiva Account. Your manager will appear to be your best friend for months but it is ALL a lie. I lost every penny I thought I was investing and they still tried to get more from me. They are not based in UK, they are not registered with FCA. Uk banks can’t help get your money back as you used Uphold. I feel a total fool-PLEASE avoid!!

They start you off at the bottom with £250 and boom money is doubled, few more small trades like this and your up a few thousand pounds. Then the sell happens to get you to the next level, more access to more trades. When I asked about withdrawing my investment they crashed the account and then sell starts all over again for you to inject more money. Again starts off well and then bang it goes again, each time getting you to the next level as high at the £250K which gives you all the tools and security, but the mention of withdrawal they send it crashing. I have contact with The Financial Ombudsman and have been advised that Investiva are not FCA registered.

Investiva convinced me with a hard sell to invest over £100000 as this would give them access to better trades which were low risk and would incur minimal losses. I was assured these trades would be carefully managed with controls in place to ensure the losses could only be up to a certain value, not the entire account. A couple of days later the account was empty. The brokers (mark evans) response was to ask me for a further £30000 which would put the matter right. I did invest a further £10000 but this was also lost in a day. Safe, controlled losses and well managed do not lose >100000 in a couple of days. Avoid this company at all costs they are totally incompetent.

Think twice before you handover your money to these people. They let you earn money and when it's becoming something bigger they take it all in and leave you with nothing.

There is actually no way to get anything out of here. Not a single response even after weeks of waiting. I don't know what else they want me to do to get my payment. I just need to stop diversifying my money now and focus only on, EIıte EcheIon, they have been so wonderful and consistent with payment.

It is a scam. Just lost £125,000. Similar experience to others. They build you up and then sell you equities and other commodities at above market prices. Then liquidate you.
