Summary
Multiple reviewers report the broker is a scam: clients cannot withdraw funds and requests to close accounts and refund deposits (ranging from £200 to £8,000) are ignored despite messages being read. The firm pressures customers with persistent calls, emails and WhatsApp messages to add funds, uses high‑pressure boiler‑room tactics, pretends to be UK‑based with local phone numbers, and falsely claims protection by compensation schemes. Some users saw small initial gains but were then blocked from withdrawals; live chat, phone and email become unresponsive and named contacts (e.g. Meghan James, Jack Hills, Ben Karloff) stop answering. Victims report severe emotional distress—one has a police reference—and warn others to avoid the company, describing systematic fraud, theft of invested money, and aggressive upselling.

I have had a really bad experience with this company, when I first signed up I felt very pressure to put money in to the account once I had invested I was call everyday to put more and larger amounts in to the account which I did not not do thank GOD. I was lead to believe by a short demonstration with £20 that it was simple to get my money out whenever I wanted however I have been trying to close this account since November last and get what was left due to me "conveniently" losing some money in a trade after I asked for it to be closed out. I have been trying since November to get my money back and where before I had people calling me 2-3 aday to invest more to nothing No help on there chat, no call backs nothing so I am unable to get my money paid back in to my wallet.£200 invested and nothing to show for it. Can't believe I've been scammed..

I dropped £200 into there platform and they carried out a trade in Nvidia same day. Made a profit of £70. Then for the next couple of weeks everyday calling asking for another £1000. Ill be honest and transparent, I ashamedly have experience in boiler rooms as I worked in Barcelona 25 years ago (and paid the full price to the UK authorities for doing so) so I knew straight after depositing the money that I wouldn't see it ever again. Every time I have spoken with them since has started with a request for more money and ended with them hanging up having been caught in all there lies. They were persistent and passed me to every dealer, broker, or idiot they employe in the office. All of them have lied like a cheap watch, even insisting they speak the truth when I've pointed out the lie. Apparently I need to educate myself as I don't know what I'm talking about. I tried to withdraw money but to no avail, but I've been blessed as they gave up ring me when I told them my history. In my opinion this is a spank boiler room and should be avoided at all costs. I was lucky as I only invested £200

This company are scammers from the top to the bottom. They repeatedly lie about the structure of their company and tell you they you are covered by the financial compensation scheme while at the same time bombarding you with requests to invest ever increasing amounts. Total low-life/scum to be avoided like the plague

This company currently have over £1500 of my money, I have made several attempts over the past week to withdraw unsuccessfully. I have also whatsapped, phoned, emailed, live chat, messaged their website and no one has replied. The contact i had spoken to a few times was Ben Karloff his number is now ringing out repeatedly. So frustrating and disappointing:(

This company are an absolute scam and disgrace. I stupidly gave them £8000, which they will not return or reply to any of my messages even though I can tell they are reading them on WhatsApp. I am a single mother and this has left me feeling suicidal. The names they use are Meghan James and Jack Hills. I will pursue this until my money is returned as I cannot convey the effect this has had on me and my daughter, as she has seen me so distressed. I have a police reference number. I was sucked in by then and feel like an absolute fool. I want my money back NOW. I will see this through to the end.

Do not use this ''investment'' company. They are not UK based, but 'pretend' to be, with ''local phone numbers'' - I gave them a SMALL sum (£200) to try them out and they bombard you with emails and phone calls asking you to give them more money 'to make a better return'' - I mean, there was no chance for me to assess the company - the bombardment of phone calls started immediately. I requested they close my account and return my money - then they bombarded me with emails about my ''ID'' - in addition to dozens more phone calls about giving them more money - but no sign of my refund. They have continually ignored all my emails asking for my money back and giving them my bank details. I am not going to ''invest more with them to get a better return'' - when they cannot even get the basics right - I do not have any trust in this company who have ignored all of my requests tos end back my initial £200.
