The product is fine. In fact, it's quite good. If there's an issue, do not expect them to behave professionally. They rebranded to focus on institutional clients but I am in the industry and have for years dealt with the top primes such as GS/UBS etc and can tell you it is a pretty good joke that they are trying to be 'institutional'.
