I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Intercontinental Securities LLC (is.capital). On 09/12/2024, I exchanged 911.4 USD to USDT from my trading account 1079478 and requested a withdrawal to my crypto wallet. However, despite receiving an automated confirmation email, the funds never arrived. I sent almost 20 emails requesting an update on my withdrawal and asked for a HASH ID to track the transaction, but I never received a single response. I even told them I'd involve the police, initiate legal proceedings, and publicize my experience, but still, no reply. The only working email address is support is.capital, and the phone number (+61 03 70689989) goes straight to voicemail. This is incredibly unprofessional and suspicious. It’s clear to me now that this company is a SCAM. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this broker!
