Summary
Multiple reviewers describe Interac Investor (and related names like Interacinvestor, Aventigo, UXCOINS.IO) as a scam: aggressive cold-calling from masked or fake UK numbers, pushy account managers with Anglophone aliases (John Miller, Richard Sterling, Adel Sulaiman, Roy Vekic, Noah Gotti, Robert Varga, Alan Willis) who pressure clients to deposit increasingly large sums, promise matched funds or AI/autotrader gains, then demand more money for “insurance,” loans, or a 20% tax before any withdrawal. Customers report trades being mismanaged or manipulated to show profits, withdrawals blocked, requests cancelled or ignored, WhatsApp and email blocked, and support unresponsive. The company claims UK offices and foreign regulation but has no Companies House registration, uses inconsistent locations and accents, and reviewers trace operations to other countries (Kenya). Some victims lost hundreds to tens of thousands of dollars/pounds, had savings wiped out, and warn others to avoid the service; a few mention third-party recovery attempts or investigations (Revolut, regainfunds) that partially helped, but overall there is little recourse and strong consensus to stay away.

One star is excessive but otherwise unable to access site. So he calls himself Mr Richard Sterling a trading guru and Agent with Interac Investor! Charming as he sounds, it is interesting that a person with a thick accent claiming to be Greek, hailing from a small place in Greece called ‘Sifilis’ (I’m sure that’s what he said), should have such a UK sounding name as ‘Richard Sterling’ of course I only know him from phone conversations when ‘trading’ though I did try to engage him in small talk and general conversation, but he was mostly unedifying. After some time and months of phone calls - from him, I managed to glean a few morsels of info., however truthful! He likes a tipple of Georgian wine and spoke highly of it - wasn’t part of Georgia’s Black Sea port area illegally annexed by Russia in recent times? My impression also is that he’s a heavy smoker, having some moments coughing (put down to recent Covid19 infection). Maybe not, but I’m sure I could hear him ‘lighting up’ a cigarette or other combustible whilst on line. Expanding the web, but he said his wife and family live just outside Barcelona, Spain. Remembering that Interac Investor - his workplace, is said to be located in London, Level 20, Heron Tower, 110 Bishopsgate, EC2N 4AY. Strange then when talking about the stormy weather (as Brits do) Mr RS thought Swansea was a region of London! Perhaps he is not familiar with London and not even residing in the UK! Interesting that all of the persons who have contacted me by phone or email have had non UK accents - John Miller from Zurich, Alan Willis ‘Director of Finance’ and of course - Dick the Greek! The Interac Investor website also has strange linguistic options, either English or Russian displayed as national flags - no French, German, Italian, Spanish, Greek or any other European or world languages! Odd or what?

John Miller is now Noah Gotti or Robert Varga. Those criminals they would take away all your money if you open the door to them. They are operating under UXCOINS.IO Company and they got English names with a very bad English accents. Guys be careful with those people. NOAH GOTTI AND ROBERT VARGA TWO FANANCIAL TERRORIST.

I have seen them advertising online, obviously not under their name only as AI trader bot. I was approached first by Aventigo that provided access to their platform with Forex / trading education account and advised I will be contacted by the company trader afterwards. At this stage I had no clue I would be dealing with Interac Investor. Initially I had calls from John Miller to place 9 manual trades, about every other day and set up my crypto wallet. Shortly after we started to trade, I have been asked to deposit more money into the account so the Autotrader could make more trades. Once they got extra £1000 they shortly started to ask for £3000-£5000, which I refused. I made it pretty clear I have seen people having issues with withdrawals, so I won’t be depositing more money. Flagging this up made John angry. All this started in September 2023 and despite my objections to deposit additional funds, they decided to play the ball for two months. I got two test withdrawals to my crypto wallet of total value $20, trading profits of $80 for September and $100 for October. They paid off profits before the end of the month. Afterwards, I was told they will loan me company money $4000 interest free, so we can trade commodities. Obviously, there was no paperwork with terms and conditions. Since November I started to have regular calls from John Miller to place manual trades on their platform. He was calling me from UK number but WhatsApping from French number. At the end of November there was a silence and John did not respond to me via WhatsApp either. I was in a losing trade, and I asked him what to do. He responded about 5-6 days later, that he was away and encouraged me to keep it open. The trade was going more into minus. Eventually that trade was miraculously closed into profit, few days later, despite the price did not bounce back but kept going the opposite direction. Then I paid attention to other trades, and they also closed in the profit even though they did not hit Take Profit number. It is very likely this is how most of the trades were closed, despite I have seen some of them close in profit in front of my eyes. I placed last few trades in early December and then they asked me how I want to pay off the loan. I told them to take the amount from the trading account, to which they responded they cannot do that. I told them I don’t have money to pay for the deposit and the day after I sent John Miller WhatsApp text requesting withdrawing my initial investment. On that he responded we will talk about that next week. That obviously never happened. He blocked my email and cleared out WhatsApp chat by setting up disappearing messages. I requested withdrawal of adequate amount via their platform. The first request was cancelled and the second one is pending till today. Once you put money in you have no control over it, as any withdrawal request has to be approved by Interac Investor. I wish I have seen the reviews before depositing an additional £1000. There is no AI autotrader and it is not a real trading platform.

This is a scam company and the so called John Miller is behind it .how come they are still getting away with the same scam over and over , they even had the cheek to phone me to ask me to pay 20% to get my own money back. If anybody finds out where The so called John Miller operates from please let me know I’d love to pay him a visit.!!!

DO NOT invest with this company! I have made contact with three genuine people who have all been conned by these traders. I have first hand experience of their service and can verify that they don’t place trades professionally. So you will either lose money through bad trading ethics (such as the absence of a stop loss) or when you think you’re doing well and try to withdraw your funds, they get tied up and you are asked to pay extra money to cover tax but then still nothing comes out. AVOID at all costs!

I am now getting assistance from Revolut who are investigating interacinvestor as they believed to be scam. Loaned me $2000 to get over bad trade decision and wouldn't reveal legitimate account info to repay that was linked to the company but through bitcoin. Through trading I had made over $28000 and trying to withdraw this minus the $2000. Trying to find legitimate company to trade

They deceived me into thinking this is a reputable investment platform, I had to beg for my money several times and ended up losing even more!! I couldn’t withdraw my funds for a long period until I sought regainfunds llc. Finally received a refund in less than 2 weeks after filing a complaint.

What initially was thought to be a semi-reliable trading strategy quickly turned out to be a huge disappointment. I only lost my initial investment, a small sum. Trying to get my deposit back with my so called profits back turned out to difficult. In the end I just wore the loss. The broker called John Miller was very adamant that I add more funds. Very pushy. Stay away from these scams.

Very bad experience, they have taken all my savings. Is there anybody else who had dealings with interacinvestor. The name he used Richard Sterling. Very pushy, had me hook up any desk and Kraken. Looked like he appeared to know what he was doing. And was very good at convincing me to give more money. As soon he called and had me open any desk

I have been with interactinvestor for about 5 months now I think. I started with $260.00 and and was given a Account Manager and he explained to me that he would call every second day and give me signals to post. He said that since I only have $260.00 we could only do small trades, but we will work on building my account up. This went on for a while and he asked me if I could add $1000.00 USD to my account and the company would match that. I found the money and sent it to the company. They only matched it with $760.00. But I was winning my trades so I let it go. So this went on for a while and I was winning my trades and I upgraded a few more times to get bigger trades, they matched them but not totally. Then my account manager wanted me to pay $3000.00 for insurance so we could get into the bigger trades in stocks, so I did. I was up to $37,000.00 with my upgrades and wins. I decided to withdraw $10,000.00 to cover what I put in and I was informed that I had to pay a 20% tax before the funds would be released. This took me off guard and I became worried. So I said I'll withdraw $2000.00 and pay $400.00 tax to get it. I did that, and they said my money would be in my bitcoin wallet that day. Now it's 24 hours later and still nothing. I messaged my account manager but no reply, I tried their chat, but no reply and the same with support. I am starting to think that I'm never going to see these funds again. I have all the transactions and emails that I sent them. Not sure what you can do, but if you can point me in the right direction it would be great. Thank you For Your Time

This company is a fraud company, they took £250 from my accounts and then I asked them to return money to my accounts, straight away cut the phone off, I have send them a couple of emails, they did not reply to me the name of people contacted me were Adel Sulaiman and John Miller. It is totally coning, scam company. Still I couldn’t withdraw my money.

Deliberately named after a legitimate business, they lure people in via Facebook ads of easy to use l, "foolproof and safe" ways to invest via AI, with an initial £200 to start. Then the missed calls, using fake UK mobile numbers, questionable British accents (that sound more Dutch) begins until they sign you up. A very pushy "agent" will then advise you to get a loan and "take a risk", setting a deadline of a few days to stump up a grand to blow on Bitcoin. They claim to be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority equivalent in St Vincent, but can actually be traced to Kenya. They claim to have offices in London but no registration at Companies House. Best to avoid as there is little recourse for compensation from them and the phonecalls from their call centre (Lord knows where from) will drive you mad. They can never be called back and the line drops.

How can such companies operate with impunity and keep on robbing honest people. They will take everything from you without worrying about your financial situation, health...etc. You deal with pseudo professionals having purebred english names with horrible accents.

a well-crafted SCAM. After making your first deposit, you will always be asked for more as your open trades are at grave risk of closing (VERY incompetent staff). Forget the idea of making the slightest withdrawal!!! these people are going to steal every penny from you. RUN AWAY... Avoid like the Plague
