Very annoyed! Wish I read the reviews before in more detail. They claimed my iPhone wasn’t in ‘good’ condition due to scratches and said it was therefore ‘poor’ so they’d send me less money. I asked for them to send pictures and they attached pictures of deep white scratches on my screen. I am adamant that these scratches were not there when I sent the phone as the screen was in pristine condition but unfortunately don’t have my own photos to prove this. When I complained the guy said he’d rise the price slightly?! Apparently this is a common thing now I’ve looked into it and it’s rare they’ll pay out in full for a ‘good’ item. Take photos of your devices beforehand or don’t use the service if your product is ‘good’. Only giving two stars because they were quick to respond otherwise would have been one star.
They just take deposits and ask for more with promises of higher interests, they withhold withdrawal which prompt me to submit a rp to a m b e r l a n e s
They just take the money - do not ever trust them!!! Never!!
