Absolute scam. Stay away from this company. They make promises, draw you in to invest more then say you have to invest more to get your money back. Then ignore emails and requests to get money back. Read terms and conditions very carefully. Customer services do not seem available at any time. Contact phone number doesn’t work. Look into it properly. Read lots of reviews. Do not waste your money here. Money ‘poorly invested’ after they realised no more cash was being handed over and was more or less gone within the week.
It’s a scam! Don’t trust everything they say. And above all, dont forget to read the terms and conditions before you sign anything. In one month all my money was gone. This brokers say that you have to have weekly contact with them to keep your account updatet, but in the end they don’t call you at the time that you had a appointment. Also.. This Igi Market is on the black list. Unfortunately i find out to late.
I have told my account manager at what time I am up for a call, and he keeps being late by 5-10 minutes a few times now. I have a busy schedule and can only take so much time for this
This company said they would refund my money, the money disappeared from my account and has never been refunded. They are a scam, steer well clear. Edit: in response to their False response below, I have an open dispute with the bank, with many screen shots of your communications using the same patronising “Hello Dear”. Happy for you to contact me and I can give you my account details to check.
Big scam. They steal youre money. I lost 14 000 euro in one minuite, then they stop answering. Never go near this company
while scalping, price and the chart always lags in between. when you buy or sell, price would already moved 3-6 pips up or down. when you trade, always starts with loss on 3-6 pips. cannot connect i finally gave up this platform. cannot connect to trading view. and it has its own chart

I did spend months looking for how to get my refund, all to no avail. But my last resort made way for me, Vazertrail was very handy.
Do not put your money in!! On first few weeks, they make it look like you earning through a week but at the end you left with same or less. After 2 months of the same amount and Jim asking me to take a loan to put more money in 🙃 I decided I want to take money out. There is not direct procedure and I asked customer service for help.. the next day all money was gone as they were putting many bad trades there was 5 they increased by lost to £100 and lost everything in all (the £25 block didn’t work) Not worth it!! They will make you loose before you can take out
