IGC Markets customer reviews

Summary
Users overwhelmingly warn that the broker is a scam: many report blocked or heavily delayed withdrawals, pressure to deposit more money, harassment calls, and claims the firm is unregulated or not registered with financial authorities. Several reviewers describe large losses (examples cited: ~£100k and €76,000), allegations that positive reviews are fake, and one recovery via a claims service (Lit Claim). Multiple complaints detail deceptive tactics: a controlled/fake trading platform, remote access software like AnyDesk to manipulate account balances, account closures when trying to withdraw, requests to withdraw only via cryptocurrency, and use of Slovak banks for deposits. A couple of reports advise collecting screenshots, bank records and communications and contacting banks or scam-recovery services quickly. One reviewer reported a positive experience—€5,000 deposit, profits and an easy withdrawal with clear communication—and argued delays can be due to intermediaries (MAA). Overall sentiment is strongly negative with warnings to avoid the broker, though a small minority claim successful withdrawals.

This is a fraudulent company. They’re not even licenced. Please do not deposit any money with them. I made this mistake. They then tell you the only way to withdraw funds is via cryptocurrency. The worst part, is that they have kept calling me (weekly) trying to get me to deposit more. Harassment!!!

Very foolish not checking IGCMarkets on this site or several other sites that I now find out warned potential investors of impending disaster should one be foolish enough to make even the smallest investment. Boris Kathman and Aurore Derkhshan, if that were actually their real names, should find it hard to sleep at night. Total scammers. The good news is that I will never get caught again as the two of them used every trick in the book to hook me.

Fake company not even registered with any financial institutions or financial regulatory bodies, they take your money and when it comes to withdrawal they ignore you. Stay away and don't fall for their scam, no matter how convincing they are.

Avoid at all cost. You will never get your money back. They only call when they want you to add money in! Hang up if you want your money out

Do not call these people, as they are criminal fraudsters. Do NOT even be tempted or curious. They use a fake forex platform which they control by gaining access to your computer after asking you to download software like 'Anydesk', which they then use it like a video game to let you think you are winning big. Then they pressure you to invest more to move up to the next account level. They won't let you withdraw, and in the end, they close your account. Every positive review you'll see is fake especially on Facebook. All those reviews are from 2014, even though the scam didn't start until July 2021. If you've lost money with these scumbags, then take screenshots of your account, balance, email communications, and as much evidence as you can, including all your bank payments. Be quick, and you may be able to claim all or some of it bank through your bank. Get in touch with someone like 'Scam help', and they will help. They do take a small percentage, but it's better than losing the lot. Avoid the Company in Israel, as I believe they are a bit dubious.

I started worrying about IGCMarkets when my withdrawal was pending 3 weeks, I would have been scammed for 76,000 eur if Lit Claim had not stepped in to get me a refund. STay away from this broker.

I found this broker from an advert in google, I see there are bad reviews but it does not stop me. I spoke to a lady who is very kind and genuine. I deposit 5000 euro and they helped me make a return from it, the withdraw process is simple. people complain because they have a maa which delays it. I have had no problem with withdraw communication is clear.

Lost £100k with these guys they robbed me blind even though my trading account has over £500k can't withdraw my original amount put in and they just keep asking you to invest more from your own pocket. They are using banks in Slovakia for bank deposits. So please stay away as they are not regulated, don't make the same mistake as me. Anyone else affected come forward so we can tackle them together or if any has any tips who I can approach to attempt to get something back?
