Hannele de Necker "Leader" and CEO of IFX is the biggest scammer. Invested with her only to get one fee after another to pay. It was endless fees and at the end my profit was transfered to Coin Base that is a scamming site and lost all my money. She always promised to help out with payments, just to hear, I can't help you, borrow money to pay the fee. She is always unavailable to talk to. IFX Brokers and Hannele de Necker are ruthless, unethical, scamming thieves. She hides behind daily prayers on her Telegram group. There is an investigation by the FBI Cyber Crime into her being the mastermind of IFX Trading Platform Scam

Unaware that they are also a scammer, I initially believed I had found a secure place to invest. I haven't had access to my money for over two months, so I learnt the hard way. I invested with Good merit, as advised by my niece, and I have received regular payments.
I deposited my last money and since I deposited it never reflected on my wallet. Don't trade with the broker.
Worst broker in Sa, pyramid scheme better
They give free coupons and when you lose it and deposit money, then they take the “free coupon” back. They also give free equity when you deposit money, but as soon as your account goes in drawdown, it gets stopped out before even using the so called free equity. The broker manipulate ways to make you their so called free equity/cash then take it back.
I don't know why but I couldn't close my trades but it could have hit stop loss but you can't close beforehand

I would like to warn everyone about IFX. They are refusing to pay my whole initial profits. I am accused of Abusive trading strategy. They deducted money from my profits without my acknowledge. They say it's a Corporation Action withdrawal. They are the ones who are Abusive here. When I lose trades they don’t complain. When I make profits they take it. They are very Abusive. I struggled for full 5 days to make a withdrawal to my surprise they deducted money from my profits without my knowledge. Please stay away from IFX if you don't want to be stressed and frustrated. They are still refusing to pay me the remaining amount of my Profits. This Broker is good to those who are making less profits. Once you make more they scrutinize your way of trading. So for now a lot of those who are still making less with this Broker won't understand. They will take your profits without discussing with you or without your acknowledgement. Stay away from them Guys.
This broker is absolutely shit they accuse u all of a sudden of abusive trading and they steal your profits. Worst experience with Lelani from ifx horrible customer support she doesn't respond or bring any evidence of what she accused me off. Stay away from this broker it's very bad They will pay u small money like 1k 2k 5k maximum once u make 10k and above and if you are no benefit to them they will block your money

IFX Brokers is a good company, they have decent spread. 100% deposit Bonus, with a minimum deposit of R50($3). When trading news, I open trades in less than 10 secs before news, I can't compare them to other local brokers like Alpha Markets, Vault or RCG that work with SA influencers to scam traders. I'm from Namibia, I receive my withdrawals within 48 hours.
I wish zero rating was an option. This broker has the worst customer support that I've come across. I submitted bank acc information to be verified but it kept getting rejected, yet the account is in my name. They also don't send you an email to notify you, you have to log in and check it and if you don't check, nothing happens. There is no follow up from support whatsoever. I sent emails and kept getting the same response. It is a useless and pointless exercise.
This broker is terrible is offerses bonuses when you make big profit during the news events they says you abusing bonus trading then they take your harlf of your bonus without agreement. So stay away from them
