Hello, Red flags for this Canadian. Over the past month I bought/sold ETH and profited just over a 100k USD. With this I attempted to withdraw back to bank account however was instructed by IFS customer service to provide a successful screenshot of tax transfer and after completing the tax, IFS will do tax registration. In short, transfer almost 23k USD and afterwards my withdrawal would be released. I simply can't risk transferring the tax amount with the hope of receiving my profit. Guess I will need to walk away from initial investment along with the profit - too many warning signs.
Hello , Where do I begin, starting in February, this company started off as IFS then changes its name to FTS.com. For a serious of months I profited up to $620k . Unfortunately, they restricted me from withdrawing my profit. First they stated that I needed to add more money to pay the taxes. I did then I realized that it was a total lie. Then they told me that I had to pay more money because I crossed the $500k mark therefore, I need to pay more money to be in the green channel . They said only when I pay an additional 118k I wouldn’t be able to withdraw my fund. From that point I reported them to the police, FTC, and IE3.gov. That being said, is they anyway that I can get my money back , I’m about to loose my house and my wife kicked my out of the house. How or who can turn to so I can retrieve my money from them. Any help would be appreciated
I have been a client of IFS Markets for a year now, and although I don't trade much since I am still a beginner, I have benefited a lot from their series of training. Thanks to their partnership with Global Eruditio. They are the kind of broker that makes sure that their traders are sufficiently educated and well-informed before diving into the risks of the market. Apart from that, even if I am not trading, they give me a monthly update of my balance and transactions. They also issue daily transaction notices to alert you of your losses and gains in your trade/s. Ultimately, I am very satisfied with the services of IFS and I would definitely recommend it even to beginners. I just hope that I can fund my account more so that I can utilize trading with them.
It was good then during the recent merge, services were slow and many issues in logging in and out. I deposited money and waited for 1 week plus and still, not showing up in my account. I am losing trust.
The BDM are responsive with queries. Most of trade setups were accurate
Without any previous notification my MT4 has been disconnected due to ‘invalid server name’ and when I check on their website it automatically reroutes to a company called DecodeFX ?! There seems to be another website which seems to be their Aus one, and there’s a notice saying they’ve changed their name and ceased doing FX, it says you can apply to get back any unclaimed money but when I input my account number it says there’s nothing to claim! I still had money in my account, have I been scammed? I can’t believe it. This broker was recommended to me by Justin Ho of Vincero. Up until last Friday I was still getting account balance statements from IFS with no indication that they were going to close.

I have tried so many time emailing to IFS because I cannot log into my MT4 platform anymore and my funds were no longer to be found in my MT4 but there were no reply at all until at certain point I thought that IFS has ceased operation and my funds had gone down the drain, and noticed that there were no chat service at all for IFS and I have to dig further additional emails for me to forward to as well , until I found the 3rd emails then only I got a reply, this is how bad the services are !!!! even though this was recommended by Vincero Academy from Hong Kong

I wrote to you regarding serious issue ie. trades were open/ closed on the mobile app by accidently hitting god-knows- what button on Trade page. But no one bothers getting back to me.

I was amazed how miss sachie thoroughly explains everything. It was like no other and mind-blowing a shot of an adrenaline rush with all of the possibilities of another potential passive income were right opened into my eyes, sana lang magawa ko and apply all of which that was taught, I am still catching up with everything but at the end of each session it was like I feel the need to really learn it properly and push myself for me to know more, liked the arrangements of the topics being discussed as if carefully thought to be understandable for the general public, there are lots of infoas, feedbacks flowing and resources and methods how to gain positively with your portfolio with all of this help what more can i ask for? Naisip ko with all of the recommendations during VIP sessions i thought oo nga ano ako na meron prublema kung ayaw ko kumita, well some exposure doing stocks helped me understand some technical terms anlaki ng advantage na nakikita ko sa forex, sana all maopen lahat sa utak ko. Sana makuha ko ang lahat ng techniques and all the forex trainings that IFS offers. At last, I know now that i can do it with this team na kumita sana lang wala magbago with all the of the expansion kasi alam ko wala nito sa iba for sure with all the comparison and discussions me point talaga learning from previous experience and methods andami nga mali sa ginagawa ko. Kailangan ko lang ng stable internet kahit saan ako magpunta kasi wala ako palagi sa lupa. Nasa barko po kasi ako minsan. Salamat yun lang ang haba na kasi.
The lessons were well presented from Day 1 to 6 by Ms. Sachie in such a way that we learned a lot. Lessons wise, I may say Excellent. Service wise, I was bit disappointed because on Day 3 I'm not able to enter the class as I expected. Despite of many emails I sent but no one replied me. I already sent my deposit slip and account in IFS showing my fund. I don't know what happened or They forgot to send me the link. Thanks to BM Ralf, he did assists me well and give me his personal link. Day 4 same thing happened to me. I thought Day 3 was just an error but Day 4 still the same. Day 5 i got the link but on Day 6 I did not received it again. I expect to receive the email especially the recorded videos but sad to say, I haven't received any recorded videos of the VIP class and the 6 days training. Again, i have to follow up it to BDM Ralf and he gave me access through fb messenger. I had an stressful experience entering my classes unlike Day 1 & 2. Another not good experience... DELAYED in giving their promise to deliver something... I was at my momentum to learn and review things but sad to experience those things. Poor SERVICE. They promise to send us the link for the completion certificate but there was none in my email. I want to take the exam but I have not given yet the link or schedule. I already ask these things from BDM assigned to me. I have NOT received the excel file risk management computation. I don't know why I haven't received any where in fact I already told BMD Ralf regarding this matter. In fair to BDM Ralf, He tried his best to answer me and serve me the best he can. And I understand, He has no control over the things I raised above. In short, they deliver quality & EXCELENT educational training but SERVING clients very poor. I hope the Management will bridge this gap & solve problems ASAP the needs of the clients and the delayed service. Thank you.
Actually 4.5, but following the rule of rounding off numbers, I posted 4 in the 5-star rating above. I am looking at making it at 5 as I go along the IFS actual program execution. All the best.

I considered myself as a newbie in this industry as I don't really have much ideas about Forex. A big thanks to Ms. Sachie and her team for having this free webinar series available online. I am very overwhelmed with the technical and fundamental lessons they have selflessly imparted to students. I know that there's a lot more to learn and to practice as my real game begins when I goes live on a platform. Through this webinar, I have gained more confident to take on a challenge the soonest time possible. I never thought I could have this opportunity to attend due to my work schedule but the IFS Market and GME made it possible for working professionals like me. More power and God speed.

Four stars for now because I am just new to IFS Markets. In just a month, I can see that their service to me as their client is great. I received my monthly statement for August even though it wasn't yet funded that time and they will give credit bonuses for newbies this September. Furthermore, they were sending account updates through e-mail. Hopefully they will continue giving all of their clients great things so that both IFS Markets and their clients will continue to prosper.
