not user friendly

Iforex app is very easy to use and User Friendly... Customer service support is very helpful and useful... Hi i am using thai platform since 2020 aur ye platform bhout acha aur trustable hai deposit withdrawal me issue ni hai aur manager umer sir good person provide good customer support aur customer service bi bhout acha hai ek issue hai mujhe ke they not provide tradingview platform to trade unka khudka platform hai acha hai magar analysis karne me mujhe thoda problem hoti bas uske alawa sab acha hai platform Iforex ek platform me sab cheez miljati har country ka instrument trade karne ke liye spread thoda zayada hai magar acha hai

After several chat fails and reviews responded to me and processed for withdrawal of actual amount without profits.profits are only in wallet unable to credit the account and my fund already processed but it took 2-3working let see.good response with team received to me when compared to other apps.but only the issue is withdrawal of profits

Smooth platform and helpful team with Good support
They have zero care for clients, no proper response. Timelines are not met for withdrawals. Deposits are welcome but they do not give two hoots when you are running after your withdrawals. They just try to delay withdrawals by any means. All in all they do not even tell you about ulta low spread account
I deposited $500 into my iFOREX account (Account No: 11444550) and received a $500 bonus as part of their promotion. Without any notice or explanation, the bonus was suddenly removed while I was trading. This lack of transparency and clarity from iFOREX support has caused serious inconvenience and loss of trust.
I opened a complaint against iForex several weeks ago in reference to loses of over $400. The initial complaint 2025-4 was closed and they said my losses were only $20k but I guess in error they sent me my trading statement with the $400k of losses and then opened a new complaint 2025-5. They have tried tirelessly to stop me writing a review on Trust Pilot but I have all of the correspondence to back up my review. Their business model is very simple - as a company their profit is directly matched to the clients losses. I have offered them a very generous settlement but they chose to ignore me so I will be handing it over to my lawyer in the coming days.
My name is S ANAND snd my ac no with iforex is 11193259.And deposited 1000 usd on 12.5.2025 for trading bonus of 60% to deposit amount. I got 1600 usd before starting trade .aftern doing few trades bonus removed on 19.5.25 .I tried to contact my account manger mr imtiaz who told me to deposit ,he is not willing to contact me there after.I am sending mails and messages through WhatsApp but not contacted me till today. I got mail from another account manager that you read terms and conditions once .And I given 5 to 6 members as refferal but my reffer bonus what the imtiaz said not given to me as he said of 50 usd each.I need not any explanation and compensation with iforex .You stand on your promise only. Don't behave like saying is different than doing.
Good customer care service. Best trading signals. Withdrawal process only delayed more than 5 Days, but platform is user friendly.
A company able to provide a lot of accurate trading signals. Also, all the trading tools are well-integrated with the proprietary platform they offer.
What I like is the app. It acts as a bridge when I can’t trade at my desk. Sometimes I do need to close trades earlier in order to preserve my P/L. All in all, this is a broker you can trust.
