After I signed up and put my money in, I began trading on the platform. At first, everything was fine, but then one day, I logged in and found I couldn’t get into my account anymore. I tried to reset my password several times, but nothing worked. I started to freak out when I realized I couldn’t access my funds. I contacted customer support, but all I got were automated replies that didn't really help with my issue.
